Chapter 1

Yunho's POV

Today is the last day of summer. I didn't think I'd find myself spending it at the beach with my girls.

Somehow Yuna managed to convince everyone that a day at the beach was the best way to end our summer vacation before our first day of school.

"Hey Hoe snap out of it! What are you doing over there all by yourself come join us!" Yuna yelled at me.

I rolled my eyes sitting up from the lounge chair. Guess it's better than just laying here in the sun.

"Coming!" I yelled standing up. I ran over to the water and joined them in playing water volleyball.

Chaeyoung cheerfully smiles at me. "Yunho!" She happily cheered hugging my arm. Keeping me by her side. Guess I'm on Chae's team.

I smile back at her holding her hand. Normally Chaeyoung is really shy but once she opens up to you she's a very affectionate person.

Skin-ship is basically Chae's specialty. "Hey my gay friend are you and Chae going to play? Or should we all just drown watching you two?" My very sassy and often rude best friend Yuna said.

Yuna had her hand placed on her hip and raised an eyebrow at us. Serim just laughed before smacking the back of Yuna's head.

I couldn't help but laugh as Serim scolded Yuna for always being so blunt. Chaeyoung just cutely pouted like a sad puppy.

I couldn't help but pinch her cheeks. "My baby" I say hearing Chaeyoung's gentle laughter filled the room.

Chae pushes my hands away from her cheeks. "Hyung!" She said playfully and happily.

"Heads up!" Chungha yelled as she spiked the ball our way. Chaeyoung saved it receiving it and I spiked it back scoring us a point.

Serim would never openly admit it but sports were never really her thing. Which makes targeting her even easier. As she completely sucks when it comes to playing any and all sports.

Not to mention Chungha who silently waited for the perfect moment to strike. She's always been very reliable no matter the situation. Just one of the many reasons we all love her.

"Not fair you guys know I suck at playing sports!" Serim whined complaining about how we were targeting her and not Yuna or Chungha.

"It's okay Serim. The only reason their targeting you is because they know they'd lose if they tossed the ball my way. None of you have ever beaten me in a game. The only way you can is by targeting Serim. Psh! Cowards." Yuna said tying her hair up getting more serious.

Uh-oh serious Yuna was never a good thing. Chungha just laughed while tying her hair up too.

"That being the case guess I'm just going to have to go on defense. Serim you and Chungha worry about offense. Leave receiving to me." Yuna confidently says throwing a smirk mine and Chae's way.

I'll admit one thing I love about Yuna was her fierce competitive spirit. Too bad I had no plans of loosing.

"Bring it on!" I yell at Yuna while high fiving Chaeyoung. We totally got this in the bag!

Chungha just laughed enjoying the competitiveness. "Why don't we add a twist then? Loosing team buys ice cream for everyone after we leave the beach!" Chungha cheerfully said.

Chungha loves going to new places it was apart of her adventurous soul. She's been dying to go to this new ice cream shop with all of us lately.

This would be the perfect Chungha moment for her to get her way. Reliable yet sneaky just like Chungha.
