James's POV
Trust me to mess up the chance I would ever have with Riley.
"Riley!" I call out. "Riley!"
I chase her into studio b, knowing that I'd have her trapped.
"Riley, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean it like that." I apologize. She shakes her head.
"No, it's my fault for trusting anyone here." She says.
"Don't say that Riley. You can trust me." I tell her, slowly making my way to her.
"How do I know I can trust you?" She asks. "I barely know you."
"I know that Riley. But you will have to trust me on that one too." I tell her.
She stares at me with her deep brown, innocent eyes. She was just a girl who needed someone. Someone to love her. And I can do that.
She doesn't move or say anything. I swiftly walk closer to her and embrace her in my arms.
"I wouldn't hurt you." I whisper in her ear. "I promise."
