Great! My life is just GREAT! First I run away from my family, now I come across them. How is that even possible, I left San Francisco 19 long years ago. Now my younger sister is the Vice Principal of the school I work in, IN ARIZONA!!! Well, I mean let me look on the bright-side. I don't have anyone I can trust, and I can trust my sister because she covered up for me when I left home. But it is still funny how she found where I live. Well now that I have someone I can trust, I told her about all my problems and she said the obvious, "I said so!" "Oh! c'mon, that was almost two decades ago." I said. "okay-okay, I won't blame you. By the way, do you have any kids." she asked. Seriously, two sisters meet after 19 years and the first thing she asks is 'DO YOU HAVE ANY KIDS?'. "Obviously I do! 19 years without a kid? No. Never." "Can I meet them?" she asked with a pouting face. "After school," I said. "Yaaay!" she screamed like a baby, now that's my typical sister.
After school, I took her home, and in the car, she kept cracking jokes with my kids. I was afraid she would pull Alex's cheeks off, so I kept him in the front seat with me. After we reached home I gave her some food. It seems she was looking for a house to rent, so as a big sister I let her stay at my house. Then we talked a lot, enjoyed a lot and I mistakenly brought up a topic which I shouldn't have. "How are mom and dad doing?" I asked, "oh, so you didn't know." she started sobbing. "They died in a car accident." she said. "oh! well anyways, I need to ask you something." I said. She wiped her tears off "yes?" "As the Vice-Principal, you have permission to meet with the principal right?" "mmhmm" she nodded. "Great, is he a good guy?" I asked,
"Yes, he is very kind."
"Can you trust him?"
"yes"
"What's his name?"
"Jack Barley."
"I have to meet him"
"wh-oh I see, I 'll make arrangements for you to meet him, just make sure no one knows."
"sure," I said.
With that note, I left my kids home alone and went to meet the Principal of the school. He lives in a condo apartment somewhere in downtown. She knocked on the door and said, "Mary Jayson here!"
"come in," said a deep voice from inside the house. We entered the house and saw the Principal sitting down on the couch sipping his coffee, he was a blind man. "Karen Edwar-sorry Jayson right?" "How do you know that?" I demanded. "I can't hire you without knowing who you are, like duh!" I couldn't see his face because of the sunlight, as I moved closer I got a glimpse of his face. After seeing his face I almost jumped off my shoes and hit my head hard on the ground, but as a respectful lady, I didn't. He did not show his face to the public because his face was burnt from an acid attack.
