Looks:
Bluish hair and eyes, pale skin but can be pink tinted if excited or friendly. (he's a small adorable bean)
Has slightly pointed ears that are usually covered by his hair( he's kinda sensitive about them)
Height: 153cm (5" 1) which means he is shorter than Ochaco but taller than Jirou.
Personality: can be outgoing around close friends, kind, very loyal, creative, and obviously adorable(because ukes' just are)
Quirks: Deaf Bass, lullaby, sound wave.
Deaf bass: When Hibiki plays his music( mostly just going to being electric guitar), he can make the sound so loud it makes you go deaf temporarily up to 2 minutes. It can also cause the ground to shake(or light earthquakes if you will) which will leave the enemy off balance.
Lullaby: puts the enemy in a trance-like state( kinda like Shinsou's quirk, except he can't make them do anything), so like a trap.
Sound Wave: makes physical sound waves, it can throw you back yards away( this is kinda like the defense part of his quirk, he tends to panic in stressful situations, there will be a back story with the use of the quirk).
situations if Hibiki does not have his guitar on him, he will telepathically use his quirk, but its harder to use and takes up more energy.
Drawback: gets bad headaches and gets very sleepy.

Hibiki's parents died from a car crash, there was a drunk driver that swerved into the Kinoshitas and instantly killed Sakura(because the passengers get the worst of it sadly), while Souta slowly passed away from blood loss.
Hibiki has been in an orphanage since he was 3. There, he was bullied for being small or not getting his "useless quirk" till he was 10.
