CHAPTER 7

It felt like a year, but the weekend finally came. I didn’t get the chance to talk to Izuku at all, Sero-kun and his friends were going to hang out later today and they invited me. Good thing it's later so I could sleep, so I grabbed Shiba and went to my room.

Dreamland

  Midoriya ran up to Hibiki during their sleepover.

" Hey Hibiki, do you wanna try dis candy with meh?!"

"Okay!" 

"It's called pocky, I bwought three other flavors!" Midoriya had the younger boy choose which one he wanted.

"Dat one pwease!" He pointed at the strawberry packet. 

He tried(key-word tried) to tear the side of the packet but it wouldn't budge.

"Here I'll help you, Hibiki" he tore the side of the packet.

"Tank you!" He chewed on the strawberry pocky.

"Is it good?!" 

Hibiki finished the pocky

"Yash, tank you for sharing Izu!" He gave a big smile.

All through the night, Midoriya and Hibiki played and laughed. It was Hibiki’s first sleepover since no one at the orphanage liked him. Hibiki finally felt that he had a best friend.

End of Dream

I woke up to my alarm going off, meaning it was almost time for Sero-kun to pick me up. I got up and headed to my closet, grabbing blue overalls with a pink shirt that had a Shiba on it. Just as I changed I heard the doorbell ring, I pushed the talk button beside the door.

“Hold on I’m coming!” I grabbed a little backpack that carried money and my Shiba.

“Hey!” I greeted Sero with a smile.

“Hey, are you ready?”

“Yes!”

“Okay, we’re meeting everyone else at the arcade in the mall!”

Sero-kun and I chatted about our favorite foods and such while on the way to the mall.

“ No way! Pepsi is better than Coke!” 

“Nah! Coke is better, everyone knows this!”

We arrived at the arcade in the mall, spotting Mina, Kirishima, Denki, and somehow Bakugou. Kirishima must have dragged Bakugou because his face said it all.

“YEY, let's play some games!” Mina shouted.

“Hell yea, Imma win that taser prize, it costs like 1,000 tickets!”

“Tsk”

“Gasp! T-they have a claw machine f-filled with stuffed animals!” I quietly screeched.

Everyone went in pairs and split up, going to the games they thought were cool or easy, I on the other hand headed to the claw machine with Mina. We took turns trying to get the ones we wanted, I wanted a Pusheen that was eating a cookie while Mina wanted a pink alien. Wasting 10 tokens, we finally mastered the game and got the stuffed toys. We headed to where the other boys were playing this zombie shooting game. The game kept saying double kill or combo and such as the zombies were being shot between Kirishima and Bakugou.

“Damn Bakugou, you got more points than me!”

“OF COURSE I DID, BAKA!”

“Congrats Baku-kun, h-here you go!” I gave him a ticket I found on the ground.
