Chapter 8: The Finding

Jamie woke up tied up to a chair with Kevin in the chair next to her. "Kev..." Jamie whispered, "Kev!"

Kevin woke with a shock. "Where.. Where are we?"

"I don't know. God, how the hell did he know?"

"Because I'm not as stupid as you think" Andrew had walked in with a bunch of his guys. "What were you trying to do Jamie?"

"I'm trying to figure out what you're trying to do, and I now know."

"Who else knows?"

"Veronica, and probably the other" Jamie looked her brother in his eyes "Why are you doing this?"

Andrew looked away to one of his guys. "Tell Hiram his daughter knows, he'll know what to do." The guy agreed and walked off.

"Andrew boy, you gotta pretty sister here." Another one of his guys said getting close to Jamie.

"I'm more than just a pretty girl" Jamie spatted at the guy.

The guy wiped the spit away "she's got some fire" he smiled.

"All yours Danny" Andrew said.

"What? No, you can't do that to her" Kevin argued.

"We can do what we want" Kurtz said walking out of the dark. "I'll handle this one Andy, maybe I can get some info out of him"

"We talking about torture?" Eliza asked with a smile walking up behind her boyfriend.

"Don't touch him!" Jamie shouted.

"Don't worry about him sweetie, you'll barely have time to think" Danny smiled.

Then the two were taken off into separate rooms.

The door opened into Amy's house. "Auntie Lila!" Julia ran to her aunt and hugged her before she could take two steps into the house.

"Hi Julia" Lila laughed. "Where's your mother?"

"Lila Miller!" Amy exclaimed. She ran in pushing her daughter aside to hug her best friend.

"Oh my gosh it's so good to see you!" Amy smiled.

"And you too, god it's so great to be out of the city" They stopped hugging.

"Auntie we have to go now." Julia said. 

"Where you two going?" Amy asked looking at them both questionably.

"Just to Pops" Julia said calmly. Lying was second nature to her.

"Yeah, I miss my Pop meals" Lila said agreeing.

""Alright, I'll take your bags up to Julia's room then" Amy took Lila's bag and went upstairs.

Then Julia looked at her aunt, "Alright let's go"

Julia and Lila were sitting in a booth in Pops waiting for FP and Jughead... except Lila didn't know that. When FP came in she flipped.

"No no no no." Lila said.

"Auntie please" Julia begged.

"Lila?" FP questioned coming closer.

Lila stood up. "Hi FP"

"You.. you look great"

"You do too." Julia then stood up and hugged Jughead. "You didn't tell me you're dating a Jones"

"I have been for years now. If you had stayed with your friends maybe you would've known that" Julia said.

"You sound like your mother" Lila said rolling her eyes.
