Jj pov: after seeing the George floyd incident all over social media I sat and cried. The year is 2020 and racial abuse still happens, I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. Everyone on social media all gave support. This obviously hit close to home being black, Lucy had obviously seen everything so came to comfort me. "I've seen the shit, it's so awful" she sobbed, I hugged her and explained how I felt. I was in so much anger. She almost calmed my thoughts though, helping me through my dark stages.
