I don't own RWBY, Bakugan, Infinity Blade, any franchise that I might include, or any of the characters associated with any of those respective franchises. They all belong to their respective owners, except for my OC's. You belong to you.

Y/N's POV:

Y/N walked along the rocky mountain path with trepidation, his eyes darting to the map for a moment before looking up, squeezing himself onto a ledge and carefully stepping along the the cliff's face. A gentle nudge from his shoe sent a small pebble tumbling over the edge, the clacks of it hitting the rocks below echoing for a few seconds, the noise fading a few seconds later. Letting out a breath, Y/N kept moving until he grasped one of the rocks, the former student stopping for a moment as his hand moved along the outcropping. It felt so familiar to him, like the touch of an old friend. He was shaken from his thoughts when he heard Hydranoid's voice chime out.

Head 1: Can you move already?

Y/N: (sighs) What's your hurry?

Head 3: Well, I'm having a little trouble resisting that urge you get whenever you're in a high place-

Head 2: - so unless you want to go hunting for me down there all on your lonesome-

Head 1: - be my guest and keep standing there like an idiot.

Y/N cursed under his breath, but kept moving along the face until he managed to step onto the edge, letting out a breath before he kept moving. He followed the path with purpose in his step, rounding an outcropping... to be met with a massive cliff, nothing but empty valleys and gaping chasms to be seen.

Head 1: This is it?

Head 3: You sure you read the map right?

Y/N: Yes, I did. Now just shut up.

Y/N looked down at the map, his eyes looking over the lines and drawings, his finger hovering over the spot where the settlement lay before he moved it towards the circle he had drawn for the data they had taken from the Destroyer.

Y/N: I don't get it. It's supposed to be at least a mile or two away in that direction. I can practically... see it right in front of me.

He looked up for a moment when he felt something. His eyes narrowing, Y/N backed away from the map a few steps before he turned his gaze left. A few meters up, a solitary tree grew tall with it's massive branches jutting out, but Y/N's vision flashed for a moment. Instead of the massive tree, it was only a few meters tall, it's branches sparse of vegetation before it flashed back to the way it had been. Turning his gaze back over the massive landscape, he felt the strangest feeling of familiarity.

Head 2: Maybe we got the coordinates wrong.

Head 3: It happens.

Y/N: No, we're in the right place. It's just... hidden.

Looking over the landscape, Y/N spotted something odd. A flash of movement, almost like a ghost, blurred by before his sight flashed again. When it cleared, a knight in black and green armor stood before him, bowing respectfully as he backed away. His vision flashed once again, the mountaintop returning to normal for the moment. Stepping forward, Y/N looked down at the spot the knight had appeared and that was when he saw it. A symbol or rune had been carved into the rock, moss growing inside of the delicate curves. Kneeling, Y/N heard Hydranoid speak again.

Head 1: Whoa, what are you doing?

Y/N: Showing the path.

Y/N laid his hand down on the rune, a brilliant blue energy filling the rune before it spread around him, runes of all shapes filling with the same energy until it shot out over the valley... shattering the illusion and revealing it's secret. The canyons that had once been were replaced by a massive mountain, a large statue standing tall in the valley below them, it's stone sword glinting in the sun's light. Built into the daunting mountain, an ancient tower appeared before them both, a colossal tree trunk wrapped around the iron and stone. Y/N and Hydranoid gazed on in awe, taken aback by it's mysterious beauty.
