Chapter 38 (Second Chance)

TWICE members woke up once they heard the leader's voice, waking them up and calling them for breakfast.

They all went to the dining table and sat on the chairs. They started eating. Like the usual, they would tell stories and laugh.

"By the way, Sana" Nayeon called and Sana looked at the older

"What were you and Taehyung doing at the kitchen yesterday?" Nayeon asked

All the members looked at Sana, waiting for an answer.

"Oh... that..." Sana was collecting words to answer

"It's okay. You can tell anything to us" Jihyo assured

"Well... he..." Sana said, still gathering words

"He, what?" Dahyun asked

"He asked me to give him a second chance" Sana said, looking down

Momo, who is sitting beside Sana, held the younger's hand. Sana looked at Momo.

Sana sighed and continued, "and I've been thinking... should I or should I not?"

"What does your heart want you to do?" Mina asked

"I don't know... It's still confused. It's been in a lot of pain and... and some are still are healed" Sana said

"If you still love him, then why not?" Dahyun asked

"Right. Everyone deserves a second chance, right?" Chaeyoung asked

"Giving him another chance doesn't mean you'll directly be in a relationship with him. It means he wants to to you how much he still loves you" Jeongyeon asked

"I'm sure he wouldn't waste this chance anymore, right?" Tzuyu asked

"I agree to Jeongyeon unnie. You can give him a second chance and let him prove to you how much he loves you and maybe, we don't know, he can heal those pains in your heart" Momo said

Sana smiled inside, thinking how lucky she is to have these sisters by her side always.

"Now, shall we continue eating?" Jihyo asked and they started eating

'I really don't know what to do without these crackheads. Yes, though they're crackheads, I still love them' Sana thought

After everything was done, they gathered in the living room, watching TV.

"So, when do you plan on telling him?" Momo asked

"Uh... well..." Sana's words were not finished due to a phone call

"I gotta take this first, please excuse me" Sana said, earning a nod from Momo and the others

She went to the kitchen and immediately answered the call, not even sparing a glance to the caller ID.

"Hello?" Sana asked

"Hi. I didn't expect you to pick the call." the other line said, by the voice itself, deep, Sana could tell who

"Hey, how have you been doing? I didn't ask that to you yesterday" Sana said, chuckling nervously

"I'm doing fine, you?" Taehyung answered, ruffling his hair (on the other line)

"I'm also fine here. So, why did you call?" Sana asked, feeling nervous... like the first call she and Taehyung did in the past

"Well, about that... uhhh... how do I say it? Uh... I asked you a very important question yesterday, for me, it was really important and uh... I was wondering if you already thought of an answer? I didn't got one yesterday." Taehyung said, also feeling nervous, waiting for Sana to answer

"Oh. Well about that... I, I will give you one. I'll give you a second chance" Sana said

Taehyung was smiling widely on the other line, words cannot describe of how happy he is to hear the answer. "Thank you, Sana-yah. I won't waste it, I promise."

"You better don't" Sana chuckled and ended the call

Then, she took a deep sigh. 'I hope I did the right choice' Sana thought and went to the living room to join the others.

[BigHit building - BTS dorm]

A shout was heard inside Taehyung's room and the members went there, rushing to know the answer why he let out a loud shout.

"What happened?" Namjoon asked

"Sana..." Taehyung said

"Sana what, Tae?" Jimin asked

"Sana gave me another chance!!!" Taehyung said happily, you don't even know how happy he is

"She did?!" Jin asked and Taehyung nodded happily

The members were happy seeing this side of Taehyung again. They're so happy for him and for seeing Taehyung this happy.

"You gotta get your girl and better not waste it, hyung" Jungkook said

"Don't worry, Kook. I won't" Taehyung said
