Amara's pov~
I walked down the stairs after packing my bags to see my mother with a ready face.
Come here my angel she said.I could already feel the tears bubbling up in my eyes but I had to stay strong.I strolled over to my mum and she gave me the most bone crushing hug ever.I smiled at her and said mum I'll be back don't worry.At this she smiled hopefully. The bell rang and I opened the door to find Jane and Alexa.Atta girl let's go they said. The three of us made our way to the city center where the choosing was to take place.The guards were much and taking rolls to make sure all the girls were complete.After a wait for almost 2hours the choosing began.All of us were to line up while the king chose who he wants for each of his 5sons.he chose a blond girl at the far end who dropped on her knees and started weeping.I felt bad for her.She would be taken away from her family with no say in d matter.The same process went on for 3 more girls.I was more than happy to get this over with as the king made the final announcement."now to be serving your crown price I choose you" My whole world stopped..he was pointing at me!! Panic began to set in but I just froze.My friends looked at me with pity.This was it.. I was finally dragged into slavery.while we were being moved into the card that'll transport us to the palace, I got a glimpse of my mum wailing over her lost daughter.I had broken my promise to her.........

I walked into the palace with the other new slaves.As we entered 5 maids came to take each of us to our individual master's bedroom. Of course I had to get stuck with mr ruthless.im guessing luck Nd I are really enemies. S I entered the room,the maid had me tied up to the bed stand as my master likes it she said. I've heard tales of the crown prince.He was terrible and I feared him greatly.i just hoped I'll last long and escape before death catches up with me

~Xavier's pov~
Father walked into the dining hall to join us.Obviously he was back from choosing us another set of slaves.My brothers seemed to enjoy it but I on the other hand ended up killing them.I know I'm evil. I walked into the room to see the most beautiful creature ever.She sat down tied to my bedpost.Oh she must be the maid but my wolf kept on howling mate.wait a second...was she......my mate?I smiled at her when she looked up at me and I could have sworn I saw shock written all over her face before it turned back into fear.I reached to her but she flinched.For a second I felt hurt? Wow this girl was making me feel emotions. Then I asked her..princess what is your name? Amara she squeaked out in the most beautiful voice I've ever heard.i couldn't help buh strike her hair and face and I felt content when she leaned in to my touch but like a curse I heard a knock on my door interrupting my moment.Come in!i boomed angrily.i felt my lil princess flinch again.But this time I was seeing red.julie was standing almost naked in my room.On a normal day this would be the best time for a good fuck but right now,she just disgusted me.i could feel my mate getting intimidated by her.so I angrily said..what are you doing...I just wanted to have a nice time she huffed...then I growled lowly before telling her to leave cus I was busy. Turning my attention back to my maid.i couldn't resist anymore I took her face and slammed our lips together.She tasted like strawberry and had this valinna scent on her which kept me on overdrive.i couldn't resist the urge to touch her and she seemed surprised when I untied her and told her to lie on the bed and make herself comfortable...my princess...buh I had to leave for a meeting with another pack

~Julie's pov~
I was beyond furious.He embarrassed me in front of that petite slave of his and I was going to teach her a lesson..I stormed off to his room and was more than happy to see that he wasn't there but what caught my eye was the maid lying on the prince's bed.This only got me furious and ready to kill. I stormed off and yanked her by the hair

~Amara's pov~
That kiss was mind blowing.To say I was confused was an understatement. The known to be ruthless prince was actually not that bad.he was nice and gentle with me..Maybe all the tales were just rumors..maybe just maybe luck was on my side.But I guess I spoke too soon cause my hair was yanked backwards with full force. I let out a scream as I came to face with the lady from earlier.she snarled at me and said I an the prince's mate and you have defiled me so I'll get your punishment. I looked at her in horror and she seemed to enjoy my state..she yanked me off to an empty room with tools. I've heard of this room before.it was where a slave got disciplined if the offense was too grave.She tied me up and gave me 30whip lashes I screamed as each one came but no one was coming to my rescue.it was as if they enjoyed my pain and discomfort.then she untied me and told me get back to my post.i staggered as she smirked and said that'll teach u to stay away from my man.i went back to the floor of the prince's room and lay there till I fell asleep
