~Amara's pov~
Biting my lips as I entered,I was surprised to see the dining hall filled with lots of royals...It was like a whole new level of nervousness hit me as I made my way to seat on one of the chairs

Hey human what do u think you are doing..one of the princes to which I recognized as Roger asked...I was familiar with the four princes because we always read about them in the royal library which was open to everyone..

Taking a gulp,I spoke up..well I'm going to take a sit..at least that's how it sounded in my ears apart from the fact that it came out as a stutter...He smirked as if realizing something and told me to take a seat beside him...reluctantly I agreed and moved to his side..as I was about to sit,he moved the chair out of the way and I landed flat on my butt...that bastard..I groaned

What did u say human?he said looking at me with a glare..Oh I was just blaming myself for slipping to the floor sir..I replied out of fear..Good,u should,he said still smirking..As I was trying to get up,Xander walked into the dining with a blank expression..well,that was until his gaze landed on me..immediately,his eye turned the shade of black and before I knew it,prince roger who was smirking at me was no longer beside me..instead he was pinned to the wall by Xander who was growling deeply...it was as if no one else was witnessing the scene because they all just sat and carried on with their chatting like someone was not just pinned to the wall by the throat...
Shocked at the scene unfolding in front of me,I didn't notice that Xavier had strolled into the dining hall.Looking at me,his eyes darkened as he strolled over to me...bending down to my level on the ground...what are u doing on the floor my princess..he asked...unable to look him in the eye as last night's event kept replaying in my head, I pointed at the prince roger..Lyk a blur, the next thing I saw was Xavier beside Xander..now this time,both of them were holding Roger's neck....if the first one didn't catch anyone's attention,this one really did because the next thing I heard was prince Mason,the eldest son of the king give a dark chuckle....Finally,you two can share something..is this a miracle or what?he finished off....As if realizing what they were doing,they both let go of Roger who was trying to catch his breath...note the trying..smiling internally I was feeling proud of my two mates...wait! did I just call both of them my mates...Getting up,I straightened my top and followed Xander before sitting beside him..well,not before double checking that the chair was there...what can I say,once beaten twice shy..

After waiting for a while,beta kale rushed into the room like he was late for a pack meeting to which I almost laughed to..taking his seat between Xavier and Xander...he peeped over and flashed me a smile earning a growl from my mates...J kept wondering why Xavier was so annoyed since it was clear he wanted that Julie so bad..shugring,I went back to the fjngers I was playing with

After a few waits,d table was finally filled with people and some guests,probably rulers of other packs.The king was about to talk when the door was opened and there stood Julie and a girl.Strolling in,the girl took an available seat,while Julie went to kiss Xavier on the lips which earned some whistles and an angry me.

Playing cool,I watched as she took her seat beside the girl whose name I found out to be Roxette aka Julie's sister from Xander...After everyone was settled down,the maids started bringing in the food from every corner.Serving everyone present at the dining.

I smiled as I saw Anna but while she looked back,she tripped and fell on one of the guests spilling some drinks on him in the process..I widened my eyes in horror and realization of what's just happened...Ohhh Anna's gonna be in so much trouble.I looked to see her fighting the tears that were threatening to spill as the guest dragged her out telling her to lead him to the punishment room but not before taking permission from the king to which he agreed to ....the man pulled out her and i slumped my shoulders in defeat...Surprised by the level of non chalant attitude in the room...I joined everyone in eating the meal..hoping,that Anna was fine

~Xavier's pov~
I walked out after giving my beautiful mate a lovely hickey..satisfied that I was gonna annoy Xavier with that..I strolled to my room and decided to do some paperwork.Clearing my table after finishing the paperwork,It was already 1am..I heard a knock on my door and opened it to see an almost naked Julie smirking at me.At that moment I let out all my frustrations into Julie's body and kept going off with her...ignoring my wolf who was clawing at me to stop...I continued until I smelt the delicious scent of my mate which only made me want more and I kept going at Julie until I heard a sob at my door to which Julie said something...After the stop..I continued until I was exhausted then I slept off..

Waking up in the morning,Julie was gone to which I was grateful..now I just have to get through with the breakfast to welcome Xander back into the pack and make it known...the breakfast included alphas and high ranks like betas and gammas of different packs...I slowly got into a comfy shirt and jeans and strolled to the dining.Opening the door,I walked in on my mate on the ground with a chair moved away..Feeling that blur take over me again,I started to feel like something was wrong with me
Let's just say the rest was an haze because the next thing I remember was Mason complementing Xander and I and all of us taking seats.it hurts that I had to seat beside the king and not with my mate
I saw kale giving Amara a too friendly smile to which he earned a growl from me
Soon Julie and her sister roxette walked in...Julie suddenly came to my back and bent over until she kissed me gaining some whistles from those who thought Julie was my mate.

Not long after, the maids started serving that is,until one of the maids smiled at Anna and tripped on an Alpha. I smiled at her stupidity until I saw the horror visible in Amara's eyes.not long after she joins in on her food still looking worried.

We were already done with eating and some people were enjoying deserts when my father stood up and hit the wares with the glass to create attention.
Everyone I'm standing here to announce the arrival of my son Xander,who left a few years back but is here now with his beautiful mate here seating beside him...as my father finished,cheers erupted around the table..
I felt my blood boil to the fact that my father had introduced Amara as Xander's mate when clearly she was also mine.

One by one the guests said their goodbyes and it was only Julie and her sister roxette who were the non family members present...Suddenly my mother cleared her throat...you could have sworn she was not in the room throughout the breakfast...I'm so glad to have my family here altogether and I have some shopping to catch up with...At that moment,everyone looked like they were looking at a ghost....
Amara stood up and left the hall.i followed after her,Afterall,it is my turn to have her back

~Amara's pov~
  I stood up Nd excused myself rushing out of the hall.I knew I had to find Anna before anything happened to her.I clearly remembered the punishment room but I couldn't find the hall that led to it.

Suddenly, I was jerked back and pushed to the wall by Xavier.leave me alone I need to find someone..I said,avoiding his gaze

Little princess,look at me when you're talking to me do you understand?he said.....I scoffed and replied yes master....it's Xavier to you my lady...looking amused he said...I tried to get off his grip buh he lifted me on his shoulder and began to carry me away...Let me go..I trashed on his body..Smack!..Did he just smack my butt?i was furious at this stage..He opened the door to his room and dropped me down...I was about to shout at him for smacking my butt when my gaze landed on his bed...what the hell!!!i screamed.Xavier looked like he was going to give a reasonable explanation but failed,so he just kept his mouth shut...wow this is unbelievable... I screamed
