Hello lovely readers,
I hope you are all safe and healthy. First things first, I will say that I have been putting off writing. BUT!!!!!!!
I will begin once summer hit. Right now, I'm studying for my finals coming up (I hate quarter system) and that will be my focus. However, everything is planned out. I just need to write it, so please bear with me. I got 6 more years of school. However, I will say that I will finish this book this summer. My friend who comment she will fight if I dont can beat me if I don't fulfill this promise. And yes, there will be a second book, but that is put off for later.

Second, I am honestly and truthfully disappointed in the country I live in. America  is not the greatest country or the best country anymore. Why? Because of incidents that have been happening recently. As a person living in America, I question what is causing certain Americans to be so delusional. Is it the pride that America was ONCE the greatest country? Or is it the ignorance or superiority complex of wanting to be Number 1 that they cannot and would not except that they are no longer on top? I watch a video today about how American researchers RECENTLY discover that wearing masks can lower the chance of getting COVID 19 (I'm sorry that i lost that video) and encourage Americans to NOW wear masks (https://youtu.be/El2VY2FkHWE). I dont know whether to cry or laugh or shout in anger. How is it that it is only  RECENTLY they are bringing this up when countries around the world have done this since the beginning. And we say Americans lead the world in scientific research. I'm sorry, as someone going into the STEM field, this is an utter humiliation and disgrace. But this is not the only disgrace.
I have learned and seen and experience the racial discrimination that were made against people of color, and my heart hurt and rage for the even worse inhumane acts against Black Americans. I pray and send my comfort to George Floyd's families and friends, but I understand that these prayers cannot bring the man back. I can only hope the protests against police brutality be without anymore violence than what have already happened. I, unfortunately, have no hope in the existing government. They have proven to us that they are only trying to benefit themselves, save themselves and not helping the people. I know not all are so and to those in office who are trying to help, I thank you. But the.....disgusting excuse of a human being sitting living in the White House right now, I just pray that excuse will not be president again, or that excuse will really be the last president of America.

I'm sorry if I'm rambling but these are my thoughts and opinions. All in all, everyone stay safe and healthy. If you do go to protest, keep a distance, wear a mask, and voice your thoughts. At times like this, we need to use the rights the fore fathers of this land had given us to make a change.
