Love Or Obsession

Chapter twenty four

Avni was sleeping and Neil was laying by resting his back to the board of the bed and remember Every thing from where he saw her first time till last night when he apologise to her Neil look at avni and caress her hairs.

Neil: I know you don't love me and you are living with me because you know about my past and you are sympathized with me am i selfish that I am keeping you with me but when I told you I will free you from this marriage then why you said you don't want to go. now I am seeing the same love in your eyes which is in my eyes for you do you also love me or again I am thinking wrong.

Neil thinks.

Neil pov:

I saw you first time you was standing at the ladder and I fell for you at first sight and brought you here and lock you up which was my first mistake I could start the journey from friendship and wait for the right time I should believe on my love but after that day you just vanished I tried my best but didn't find you so when I saw you I just didn't want to lose you that's why I brought you here and because of my loneliness I marry you then you tried to run away which made me angry I don't have any control on my anger and to prevent you from running again i took the advantage of your fear and that was my second mistake how could I do that if something happened to you because of the fear then what would i do then thing become normal I shared about my childhood with you and we start a new beginning but again because of my short temper and my past experience I hurt you again and this time I accused you of betraying me but what should I do I only cheated by people in my life whether it's personal or professional so by seeing you with that man my mind stop working and deep inside in my heart I knew you don't love me so I thought you are also betraying me and I didn't want to hurt you that's why I decided to commit suicide which was my fourth mistake because suicide was not most weakest step a person can take and I am not weak but that time I lost my senses and did that mistake but you stop me from taking that drastic step and then I did which I don't want to do ever I hurt you I always tried to make you happy to not hurt you but always did the opposite and ended up hurting you.

Neil's pov ends.

He look at avni.

Days went normal they daily went to the office and Neil was happy to see avni's dedication to the work but was always worried that if he lose his temper and hurt her again because he just can't stand if a person saw avni for few seconds.

At Saturday night avni came in the room and saw him working on the laptop.

Avni: Neil.

Neil said while looking at the laptop.

Neil: hmmm

She sits on the bed and neil look at her.

Neil: what happened?

Avni: I am thinking to go for a movie and dinner tomorrow so can we go tomorrow.

Neil smiles.

Neil: offcourse your wish is my command.

Avni smiles.

Avni: thank you.

Neil: don't say that because I know you are doing this for me as doctor said that.

Neil holds her hand.

Neil: avni thank you so much for being with me after what I did with you you are still with me.

Avni: Neil forget about that ok leave it tell me what are you doing.

Neil: checking the mails.

Avni: oh.

Neil: yes avni can I ask you something?

Avni: yes say.

Neil: tonight can you make me sleep can you caress my hairs so I can sleep peacefully.

Avni smiles.

Avni: offcourse.

Neil: can I put my head on your lap.

Avni thinks Neil was looking at her you a hope in his eyes avni smiles and nodes yes Neil smiles he shut the laptop and kept it on the side table and put his head on her lap avni caress his hairs he close his eyes and soon he slept because he got the peace avni smiles to see him.

Avni: you are just like a kid a naughty and angry kid who is stubborn but always kneeled down infornt of me first I thought you are obssesed with me but no it's your unconditional love but you don't know how to express your love so you always did the mistakes and then regret for them.

Avni thinks.

Avni's pov:

It's been almost a month Neil brought my here a beautiful mansion I thought it's a hell for me a beautiful hell he marry me forcefully and tried to scared me with my biggest phobia cockroaches because I tried to escape from her I thought he is worst then the monster but I was wrong he is himself the victim of Destiny he faced the worst phase of his life the loneliness he witnessed the fights of his parents he lost his peace in his childhood how can a mother left his son I know anyone want a good life but we always heared that a mother loves their children the most in this world then how can she left him Avni what are you saying your own parents left you at the gate of the orphanage you even don't know about them who they are if any day they came infront of you you don't even recognise them we both are in the same boat may be that's why God made us meet each other so we can heal each other pain Because we can understand each other pain more then any one else.

Avni look at neil and kiss his forehead and smiles.
