The next day, I returned to the hospital. (Y/N) was able to talk a lot more today, even though she nodded off occasionally. I soon found out that my magic didn't work this far after the injury that you were trying to heal was formed. I sat by her side for most of the day, until she had to go in for another operation on her back.
After a few weeks of living at home on my own, we got some good news. "We are proud to say that Miss (Y/L/N) is fully recovered from her incident which occurred of the nineteenth of July." the doctor stated happily. "Although, she will need a wheelchair just to get used to moving around again until she feels comfortable that she is feeling better." I smiled as I showed her a bottle with some green, sparkling smoke inside of it.
"Oh you shouldn't have." She sarcastically gave me a little nudge. I just put it away in my pocket.
"I may have found out a way to improve my powers." I whispered before realising that the doctor was still in the room with us. He stared at me, mouth wide open before pretending to cough and walked away.
I loved having (Y/N) living back at home with me. Even if it did mean that I had to sleep on the floor. In all honesty, I would do anything for my guardian angel. Anything.
