So What ~ Bokuto x Reader

Chapter 13 ~

The next morning you and Bokuto walked to school together. You walked you to your locker then to class making sure you felt okay.

You sat in class looking around before falling alseep. Later you were awoken by a loud Bokuto telling you it was lunch time as he danced around. He nearly dragged you to the lunch room getting your lunch for you then proceeding to drag you outside.

Once you were both seated under the tree you usually sat under he proceeded to talk about random things making you smile. He was like a little excited kid you thought. Once you were both finished you had some spare time to just chill. You rested your head on his chest hearing his heart beat fast. You looked up at his face. It almost seemed that he was nervous. Bokuto was even fiddling with his hands.

"What's wrong Bokuto?"

"Nothing it's nothing" Bokuto said with a pout on his face.

You just shook it off knowing something was on Bokutos mind. You figured you would ask him after school what's up or even ask Akaashi since you had your foods class with him later.

Lunch was over you went to your next classes trying not to fall asleep. Foods class came up. Today you got make cookies. You were back at the lab station with Akaashi and the two other guys in your group. All four of you were having making the cookies. After making the cookies and working on a worksheet assigned you figured it would be the perfect time to ask Akaashi about Bokuto.

"Hey Akaashi is Bokuto doing okay?"

"Yea why would you say that?"

"Ughhh I don't he just seemed nervous and jumpy when I saw him at lunch"

"Oh I see"

Akaashi went back to working. You saw him laugh to himself. Something wasn't right.

After school you met up with Bokuto and you both began walking to the park. The sun was setting slowly which made everything more pleasant. To your surprise Bokuto didn't say a word the whole walk. You were now by the lake you both sat down watching the sunset. You held onto Bokutos hand as he just looked at you with his bright yellow eyes. You smiled

"Hey what's up Bokuto? You know you can tell me anything right?"

"Of course I know I can always count on my (y/n) but it's different"

Bokuto blushed scratching the back of his head.

"O-oh? Then what is it?"

By the time you finished your sentance Bokuto was blushing madly. He dug bus face into your should so you wouldn't see.

"You promise you won't judge me for whatever I say?"

"Of course not Bokuto I lo- "

You stopped yourself as you realized what you were just about to say.

"(Y/n) I love you!"

The moment became silent as both of you looked one another in the eye. Bokuto moved a piece of hair in your face behind your ear.

"AHHH I'M SORRY (Y/N) I ALWAYS MESS EVERYTHING UP"

"Nononono Bokuto I love you too"

"Y-you do?"

"Yes Bokuto I have wanted to say it to many times I was scared you would think I'm crazy"

"No (y/n) I would never think that!"

Bokuto engulfed you into his chest kissing your head. You were so glad he felt the same way as you. After the sun fully set you both went home. It was one of the best nights you have had in a while.
