"The League seems to be moving around, so be careful. We don't know what you could possibly be up against in there." Hawks sighed and ran a gloved hand through his messy ash blonde hair and smiled."Roger that, All Might. I won't let them discover my presence, don't worry." Another voice spoke up through Hawks' phone. "Hawks, this is serious. You cannot fail." Hawks chuckled and shook out his enormous maroon wings. "Endeavor-san, you must learn to have a little faith in me, yeah?" It was only slightly a joke, but a joke nonetheless. Not that it mattered to Endeavor. He just let out an annoyed grumble and nothing more, so Hawks guessed he had left. "Call us when you have any information, Hawks. Be careful." Hawks nodded and hung up, sighing again as he put away his phone deep in his beige aviator jacket pocket. "Moving around, huh? Can't be too relaxed." Hawks murmured to himself.
Looking around the dark alleyway he was currently in, he lifted himself away from the side wall and took a breath. That's when he appeared. "Hey there, wing-man." Hawks spun around, carefully yet secretly pulling a long sword-like feather from his left wing before hiding it behind his back. "Well well, who are you? Come to pick on a fellow citizen?" He tried, resisting the urge to attack the newcomer. The male had jet black hair that stuck out in all different directions, and blue eyes that glittered like sapphires. The strangest thing about him, though, was the purple-ish stitched skin that lined his arms and the edges of his face, leaving half of his complexion pale tan while the other that rotten purple.
"Name's Dabi. What about you? What business do you have around here?" Play it cool, Hawks. He won't attack unless you do, and you don't know his quirk yet. Best to wait until you get to know him first. "I'm Keigo. Keigo Takami. And I'm just chilling here, like you." Hawks answered as he drew himself up to look into Dabi's blue eyes. Dabi was taller than him, he realized. He came to about his chest, so that Dabi loomed over him. "Right." From the looks Dabi was giving him, Hawks guessed he was having trouble believing him. Guess I need to work on my acting a bit, I'm normally so persuasive...he thought with an inward sigh. "Actually, I was looking for something a while back and came back to try again. There's a rumor going around that the so-called League Of Villains is around here, and I was wondering if I could join. But, y'know, can't always trust rumors right?" He flashed his gold-winning grin, but Dabi's eyes only narrowed.
"Who did you say you were again?" Hawks opened his mouth to reply, but Dabi cut in front of him. "Oh, that's right, I don't care." The winged hero chuckled. "You're cocky and bold, I like you." Dabi smiled and stuffed a hand in his pocket then turned around to stare down through the alleyway they were currently in. "Follow me, Wing boy." Hawks rolled his eyes and tucked his enormous wings closer to him, silently slipping his long FierceWing Feather somewhere secret. No one knows where he puts his feather blades, and he was not planning on having the villain ahead of him find out now. "The League's hideout is this way." Suddenly Dabi spun around sharply, grabbing Hawks' collar and pulling it close. "Tell anyone where our base is, and you're dead." Hawks raised his hands in mock defeat. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone." He assured the villain with a smirk.
Dabi's eyes narrowed into slits as he let go of the hero's collar and turned to continue walking. They entered a rotting wooden door and walked in, and Hawks struggled to resist covering his nose at the intense smell of death that choked the atmosphere of the otherwise-decent looking bar. A sentient bartender of purple fog turned to look at Hawks. "What have you brought me this time, Dabi?" Hawks nearly jumped as a crisp yet soft voice hissed from the bar. The male had pale blue hair and scars along both sides of his neck, and wore a dark grey shirt with black pants. His red shoes glowed slightly in the light as he turned. Hawks frowned as his golden eyes met the young one's red ones. It's him, all right. Tomura Shigaraki. Leader of the League Of Villains. Hawks thought as he stared at the villain.
"Who is this?" Tomura growled at Dabi, his eyes slitting as he looked Hawks up and down. "I'm Keigo." He said before Dabi could answer. Tomura eyed the bird hero strangely. "Dabi, where did you find him?" Tomura eyed the flame villain with clear annoyance. It was obvious to Hawks that Tomura didn't like Dabi, not even a little. "I caught him standing around near the base." Dabi replied. Hawks caught the slight edge to his voice as Tomura got up. "Is that so? Let's see what he can do."
