I'm gonna warn you guys before hand that this imagine is not a very happy one and contains violence... So if you are sensitive to violence/domestic abuse I suggest you don't read.

"Peter please! Let me explain!" You cried out, still holding your cheek from where he had lashed out at you. Tears were streaming down your face, remembering the awful thing that Peter had done to Felix when he saw what he was doing. Felix had grabbed you while going to the forest to get some food and threw himself onto you.

He had ripped off your shirt, giving you hickeys all over your neck and collar bone, keeping your hands at your sides so that you couldn't fight him. He had kissed you, and you could do nothing about it. Before it could go any farther though, Peter had saved you, but not before he had snapped Felix's neck within a second. Right after, Peter had blown up in the mindset that you had cheated on him. His eyes had turned a dark black, and he knocked over trees as he stomped toward the camp. Then he hit you, not even pausing to look at you before breaking the door on your house and entering with an animalistic roar of anger and rage.

"There's nothing for you to explain (Y/N)! You stood there and let him kiss you!" He raged, grabbing the floor length bookshelf in the room you guys shared and sent it crashing to the ground.

"Peter stop! Please!" You say, trying to grab his arm from breaking anything else. But that simply made it worse.

He didn't even hesitate as he pushed you off to the ground, your head making a sickly cracking noise as it bounced against the wooden floor. You blink rapidly, trying to clear up the black dots clouding your vision. When your sight is clear again, you see Peter standing above you, his eyes completely black with rage. You hated this side of Peter, its like it wasn't even him anymore.

Peter slowly started to walk toward you on the ground. You quickly sat up, scooting away from him. Inside you were terrified of the boy now kneeling in front of you, and terrified of what he would do. He had no boundaries when he got angry enough, and tonight was one of those times. He could hurt you and not even feel a speck of remorse. You were scared for your life... and he couldn't care any less.

"Peter, please, stop..." You whisper, still clutching the back of your head as you lean back against the wall.

"This is not my fault (Y/N), it's yours." He accused, kneeling down in front of you so you couldn't get away. "You caused this, you made me kill Felix. Don't you see? Nobody gets away with anything on my island without punishment, and that includes you." He said calmly, his black eyes looking at you how a predator would look at its prey.

"Peter... Why are you like this? Why are you so..."

"So what, (Y/N)?" He asked in a low voice. "Hateful? Malicious? Dare I say it... Evil?"

You nod slowly, looking into his eyes with pleading. He chuckles, standing up straight and walking away from you.

"You see, hate is the only reason I've survived so long. Hate is the only thing that won't turn its back on you at a moment's notice. Hate is the only thing that won't betray you and leave you lying there weak for others to stomp on like you're nothing." He stated, facing you once more as he started to inch his way closer across the room toward you with every word. "Love is the exact opposite. Love will leave you like you never mattered, it will stand by and watch without a second thought as you cry your tears to the world that never cared. But the thing is, love is just a figment of our imagination that keeps us from accomplishing things that actually matter. Love does not exist." He seethed, putting his hand by your head to rest on the wall behind you.

You shake your head, not wanting to hear the things he said. He was completely denying anything he had ever said to you in the past, and what hurt was that he was saying it without a second thought. He never loved you...

Peter chuckled to himself, grabbing your face in both of his rough hands and looking into your eyes with terrifying excitement.

"Now let's see what your punishment should be..."
