~Jace POV of yesterday after the incident~

After Brie told me how I was I immediately knew this was going to be a mission impossible.

This deal is going to be hard and I even I already know it.

But no matter what she would say to me.

I am finishing what I started.

~Brie's POV~

Rrrrring

RRRRIIING

I hit multiple things in attempt to turn off my alarm clock.

RRRRIIIIINNGG

"Ugh where the hell is that alarm clock," I say as I finally turn it off.

I check my phone and it's 7:40.

"Shit" I mumble as I hurry up and change.

I've only got 20 minutes to change,brush my teeth, and grab my things.

I hurry up on doing them. Then, surprisingly find out that I've only spent 5 minutes on all.

I check on my brother and see that he's already gone to work and took the car.

"Looks like I'm walking," I say while grabbing my things and taking off.

I'm on the sidewalk when Jace comes up from behind me.

"Wow,Garcia. Never thought you'd be late," he says while smiling cheekily.

I'm astonished on the fact that he tries talking to me after what I told him yesterday.

"I woke up late,dimwit," I say harshly.

"Some woke up on the wrong end of the bed," he says.

"Can you just leave me alone?" I ask

"Nah," he says cockily.

"Dipshit," I say in attempt to have him walk away.

I never realized how far school was by just walking until now.

"Why thank you," he said in a specific tone.

I started walking faster hoping he wouldn't try catching up.

Instead of what I hoped for I got the opposite.

He got right next to me. He was extremely close.

I hated it.

I decided to give up because I knew he wouldn't anytime soon.

I tried keeping my distance from him and every time I moved away. He came closer.

"Can you please just leave me alone," I say while checking my phone for the time.

7:55

Holy shit the bell rings in 5 minutes.

I begin to speed up my pace and Jace tries keeping up with me.

With the pace we're going at we made it about 2 minutes before the bell rang.

"Okay we're in school. You can go to class now. Bye," I say using a waving gesture once.

"I think I'll walk you to class," he says smirking.

"Just this once, Norman" I tell him.

As we start walking he slowly interwinds our hands together.

I allow it because there is no one to be seen around us.

"What do you have ?" He asks

"Um...Writing," I say.
