The great wizard turned to look at the clouded sky, furrowing his brows at the swarms of crows.
He took his staff before he left his watchtower.

Asmodeus walked into the cell, dragging Areum by force as the others only could watch. They had Yeonjun chain up as well, as he got quite aggressive with them.
No one really blamed him though, all four were fuming in anger due to the state they were in.
Areum was pushed onto her knees once again, noticing the presence of possessed Taehyun, who drew the symbol of a sacrificial spell.
"Lee Areum. Or shall I say... Min Areum," Azazel began, the girl not moving. "You really thought that I wouldn't know of your true family?? How pitiful of Min Seokmin," he continued, shaking his head.
"Dare not speak of my father's name," she yelled, "You'd cower in fear of his presence!!"
"Really?? What a shame that he isn't here to prove that. A human, you say??" Azazel scoffed, watching as the possessed wizard did his job. "What type of witch hides their species??"
"There's a difference between a witch and a sorceress,"
"Oh please. Without your father you're just a mere witch. You can't even practice magic because of your blindness, you haven't even had the time to receive your staff,"
"How foolish of you to think sorcerers use a staff," she smirked as a book floated above her, the banished dark King lifiting a brow as he eyed the book. "What good would it do if you can't read the scripts??"

[A few days earlier. . .]
Yeonjun and Areum came across some old ruins. "It looks like an old village," the male informed, looking around the buildings which were covered in old moss.
The two walked into the library, Areum leaning against the wall as the male searched for whatever.
"What are we doing here??" She asked as she waited. "Taehyun asked me to bring him back a couple of books," he answered, looking through each and every book.
Areum heard a ringing noise, attracting her attention. She walked towards the sound without the older noticing, the energy growing stronger.
She reached her hand out for it, however it was taken by another life force. The girl yelped, gaining the attention of the male, who ran to her side.
He kicked the creature away, pulling out his sword.
"Be careful. It's a succubus," he said, glaring at the female demon of lust. She smirked as she floated upside down, watching the two.
"We should lure her outside. This is a sacred place," he whispered, Areum nodding before the two split up, running between bookshelves.
The succubus flew after them finally flying out of the library. However she was at advantage.
As Yeonjun managed to get out, he felt his body slam against a tree, a small 'oof' escaping his lips in pain as the female approached him, her eyes glowing as she neared him.
Areum jumped at her, attempting to stop her, however she dodged her attack, hitting her away with her devil's tail.
"Don't worry sweetie, your turn is after this one's," she winked as she absorbed the male's energy.
Just then an image of writing popped up into Areum's mind, the girl furrowing her brows in confusion at first before she realized what they were for.
She recited the writing word by word, the succubus stopping as she heard her. A book from the sacred library floated, flying above the girl as it opened, the succubus immediately flying to attack her, drawing her fangs out.
However, the succubus was soon stopped as Areum casted her spell, the succubus vanishing, leaving nothing but a couple of her hair strands behind.
Yeonjun watched her in awe. "You... You're a sorcerer?!"
"I didn't know of this either," she muttered, the book disappearing with a flash of light. "But I guess it makes more sense. No human has had visionary powers before,"
"Well this is amazing either way. But we should get our stuff and hurry before we attract more attention,"
"Right,"

The book which floated above the girl opened, flipping through multiple pages as she recited the words by visionary memories.
"You! Stop her!!" Azazel yelled at Taehyun, who pulled out his staff immediately, reciting his own spells.
"Ungues immortuos!!" The male casted his spell,
"Et portas caeli devine!!" And the female casted hers,
