I was woken up by the metal door scraping the floor and a heavy pair of boots marching in. "Soldat. New mission." The man stated. The soldier got up without saying a word and followed behind the guard as the door was closed. 'What mission?' I asked myself.
A few hours later I heard keys jingling and two pairs of boots, along with heavy breathing. I jumped up, immediately regretting it because of the pain shooting through my limbs and  head. The winter soldier walked in, panting and bleeding. He sat down in the corner and hung his head low. The blood was seeping through his vest and there was a cut on his cheek. "Girl. Fix it." The guard ordered before walking away. 'How the hell am I supposed to fix him without any bandages or supplies whatsoever?!' Then I remembered. I had healing powers. How did I remember? No clue. I just knew somehow.
I walked over to the soldier and knelt before his slumped down form. He looked at me, confusion in his eyes. "I'm gonna help you. Trust me." He closed his eyes again and didn't protest. I lifted my hand and cupped his wounded cheek, closing my eyes and focusing on healing it. I took my hand off and he felt his cheek, giving me an astonished look when he noticed the cut was gone. "There's a wound on your chest to. Mind if I take a look at it?" I asked him and he nodded, wincing the slightest bit as he took his soaked vest off. There was a huge gash in the middle of his chest, the blood still gushing out. 'How is he still alive? That should've killed him on the spot?' . I did the same for that wound and he looked at me, not believing his eyes. "Feel better?" He nodded. "What kind of mission was that?" I asked. "You don't want to know." He answered. I walked back to the other side of the cell and laid down again. I felt awful. My head was pounding and I was covered in the soldier's blood. I shivered, noticing I was only wearing a black tank top and cargo pants in the cold cell. I closed my eyes and hoped that this was all a bad dream.
