Hm? Where am I?

???: Master? Wake up Master.

Oh... Right... How long has I've been without them? Two? No... Five years?

???: Wake up Master, the base won't run well without your help.

Mika: *sigh* I'm up, I'm up... Good morning... Belfast.

I smiled.

Belfast: Good morning as well, Master.

She returned the gesture, now fully opening the blinds, making me cover my eyes a bit.

Belfast: Your breakfast will be served soon, shall you eat in the cafeteria as usual?

I nodded. To which she bowed and turned to go out, I then stop her by calling out her name.

Mika: hey Belfast.

Belfast: Yes Master?

Mika: thank you.

She smiled sweetly.

Belfast: your welcome Master.

With that, she left and I did my morning routine. A few minutes of Cardio and a nice warm bath, I wore my Commander's outfit and of course... My Tekkadan jacket over said outfit, sure I look silly in it but this... This is the only thing left of my Family, this and a single frame of picture.

Mika: may we see each other again... Orga.

I hid the picture in my jacket and moved out of my room... To be honest, you would love this place.

A loud explosion broke me out of my stupor... Seriously, these girls.

Moving a bit faster, I stumbled upon a darkened kitchen of the Cafeteria.

???: Nimi! The fire Extinguisher!!

???: Javelin! I can't find it!

I glanced at Belfast who has a knowing smile on her face.

Mika: the four making something explosive again?

Belfast: you could say that *giggle* if I was in their shoes I'd do the same for having such a great Commander.

I smiled.

Mika: no need for compliments early in the morning Belfast, waking up to a peaceful day is great as it is.

She giggled.

Belfast: of course Master, though the Sakura are having a nice celebration for you for letting them and the Iron Blood redeem themselves.

Mika: not all enemies are bad, we all just have different reasons why we fight, and those reasons can be aligned.

Belfast: And thanks to you Master, we would've still be at war with each other.

Mika: Now all that's left are the remaining are the Sirens.

She nodded.

Belfast: indeed, now then. Shall we eat?

I nodded, to which she bowed and prepared a seat for me... To which the four from the kitchen instantly arrived at my table.

Javelin: Commander!! We want you to taste our special food!

I raised a brow and glanced at Belfast, to which she shrugged and nodded.

Mika: alright...

Javelin: Ahah! Laffey! Get the pudding!

Laffey who just drank herself to sleep, instantly woke up and saluted, ran straight to the kitchen, and out with a square of pudding.

Taking a look at their pudding... It doesn't look too bad.

Ayanami: It taste good Shikkikan.

She gave me a thumbs up.

Nimi: Yes Kommandant, despite it's look it taste great!.

I chuckled and nodded.

Mika: alright... I'll take a bite.

Putting down my spoon and grabbing the fork, I then cut a piece of the pudding and ate it... And truth to be told, it does taste good.

Mika: mm, it does taste good. Great job you four, it is an improvement from the last one.

Javelin: hehe! You're welcome Commander! If only laffey didn't pour too much liquor in, it would've tasted great!

Laffey: I thought it would taste better for Commander.

Nimi: No! That amount was more than enough to knockout an elephant! So much the taste!

Ayanami: hm! Hm!

Honestly, this four remind me of the kids in Tekkadan, always so hyperactive.

Mika: thank you, how about you four join me?

The four nodded enthusiastically and grabbed their own trays of food. We ate in silence.... Until another explosion happened, only this time, on the docks... Sigh... Must be Eugen and Deutschland again.

Time skip

Enterprise: Commander...

Mika: yes... It's those two.

She nodded embarrassingly.

Deutschland: Get back here Eugen!

I just heard a maniacal laugh from Eugen, who is runn- floating away with Deutschland's hat.

Mika: but this is much better than having to fight them again.

Enterprise: that, I can agree.

Mika: though it is a bit of a haggard to clean the place up after either one finished firing at each other.

Enterprise: yep.

Mika: anyways, anything happening?

Enterprise: nothing... It's been very peaceful this month. No Siren spotting, no random Siren fleets... Nothing.

I sighed.

Mika: I don't like the sound of that.

Enterprise: me neither, but if they're doing something big... We know we can stop them.

She smiled and I smiled back... Honestly, I wouldn't mind if they stop entirely... But, I wonder what would happen if they do stop... Will I stop being their Commader?

I sat on one of the benches facing the sea, thinking of the possible futures. Until it was ruined by something large smashed itself on the open sea in front of the docks.

And as if my nightmare came true... A Gjallarhorn model... Only it was streaked with red lines, indicating it is being controlled by Sirens.

I stood up and shouted.

Mika: ALL SHIPGIRLS! TO BATTLE!
