"Fine, okay I'll come. As long as you stop begging and fluttering your eyelashes at me" I caved, getting up to hunt for a dress suitable for clubbing.

"Dang I'm good at getting my own way" a proud smile made an appearance onto her face and I couldn't deny that she was right.

"Not for long though okay?" I gave a pleading look at her trying to convince her and myself that it won't turn into coming home at three in the morning without our shoes and with a kebab instead.

"Honestly, you've got to stop beating yourself up over this assignment"

"How can I Eiriana? It starts in less than six months and I haven't even thought of one idea I can do. Let alone it goes towards my final grade" I gave up looking at my clothes and flopped down on my bed letting out a sigh.

"It will come to you Lot, it's our first year of uni, we should be enjoying it not getting stressed out already" she held out a blue dress with sequins to seek my approval which lead me to shaking my head. "You always told me that you can't rush art so stop trying to"

"Alright, alright. Stop being right about everything and help me pick a dress that doesn't look like it belongs at a kids party"

"That's what I like to hear"

Eiriana and I have been best friends since we were born. No, literally. Our mums were childhood sweethearts but in a non romantic way, which resulted in them plotting to get pregnant at the same time. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, and yes it did happen. I'm a January baby whilst Eiri is an October baby which makes her older, and she never lives that down. We've been brought up as sisters rather than friends, living next door to each other and all. Again, I know what you're thinking, "how were the partners okay with this?" Well our dads are brothers and no I'm not making this up. So obviously it's inevitable that we're as close as we are, going to the same uni, sharing the same group of friends, and so on really.

"Which one first?" I asked staring at the row of clubs.

"Follow me" Eiri placed my hand in hers guiding me to the club with the shortest cue.

I was trying to to keep my dress from riding up with my free hand because of the pace she was walking I was bound to flash someone. I was wearing a yellow bodycon that was a little too short for my liking but didn't notice until I was basically taking part in a marathon.

"Eiri slow down, my dress is going to turn into a crop top at this pace" I moaned making her laugh.

"Oh come on, it's only because you've got little legs"

"Ey, do not bring my smallness into this, not my fault you're built like a flipping model"

"Oh hush, let's get a drink Lottie"

I wasn't wrong though. She looked stunning. She was sporting a red velvet strappy dress that clung to all of the right places. Her hair was straightened tucked behind her ears, showing off her face that had barely any makeup on. How is that fair?
My hair was curly but because of the immediate heat that stuck to us from the club as we entered it probably now looked like a frizzy mess. I tried to keep my makeup more on the natural look, like Eiriana but also attempting a thin winged eyeliner. I should have known it was a mistake to even attempt it because when does a wing ever go in my favour? Is it me or do they just get thicker when you try and even both eyes. Yeah, I'm no longer a fan.

"Can we have two vodka and rebulls please" she asked handing the bartender a note "oh and make it a double" she smiled, then looking at me with yet another proud smile on her face.

"Are you trying to get me drunk within the next thirty minutes?" Yes, I am a lightweight don't come at me.

"Cheaper night then isn't it?" She laughed turning around to get the drinks.

I don't know how many drinks nor doubles we had but I was feeling it. To the point where I couldn't stand anymore let alone dance so I was placed by Eiriana on a bar stool whilst she called a taxi. She was still going for it, even though she could have done with a seat to, but what can I say, she was a free spirit.

"Oooff he's fit" the amount of alcohol that roamed my body made me spit out things that I would normally keep to myself.

"Oh my god! Who?" Eiriana squealed, excitedly

"Him" throwing my head in the direction that the dark haired lad was sitting making me feel even more dizzy then I already did. Well done Lottie.

"Excuse me!" This cannot be happening. No, no, no, NO!

"Eiriana stop it!" I was still sane enough to realise that she was giving me a death sentence with what she was about to do.

"Yeah you" she said pointing "my friend finds you attractive" slurred words escaped her lips which made me realise the alcohol was catching up with her too.

"Erm" the broad black haired boy didn't really know what to say. When he lifted his head to speak he revealed the tattoos that were painted across his neck. Oh my god kill me now. And his voice, ugh I'm weak at the knees.

"I'm not interested" he finished standing up "sorry" ouch

"Did he just leave?" I shrieked in complete embarrassment sobering up a little.

"Okay I'm sorry, that wasn't my proudest moments" Eiri comforted me with a sorry expression on her face, followed me a hiccup.

"I know, let's go home before we make more fools of ourselves" I begged.

"Kebab first" she chanted.

Never drinking again ... maybe
