Chapter Seven: Confession

Reddit took a deep breath as he tried to calm himself down from the argument. He winced as he touched the back of his head, feeling that there was a fair amount of blood from the impact. He tried to pay no mind to it as he made it back to the room with Discord, who was awake and playing on his phone.

Discord turned around and propped himself up to look at Reddit. "Oh, there you are dude. I was starting to get worried...I woke up after you had left, and I heard a few thuds and-...is your head bleeding?!" Before Reddit could get a word in, Discord had already made him sit on the bed and he brought him a cold towel to put where it was bleeding.

"What in the hell did you get up to for the 15 minutes you were gone, like that's a lot of blood!" Reddit winced again as the towel was pressed on his head injury. "Calm down, Disc. It was just a small argument, nothing to worry about. On a totally unrelated note, what is even up with Twitch, he's way too overprotective of you and it's really creeping me out..."

Discord picked up on what Reddit was hinting at and groaned loudly. "God dammit, did you seriously get into a fight with him?! He may not look it but he's seriously way more stronger than you, no wonder you're literally bleeding out right now!"

"What?! No way did I pick a fight with him! He literally pulled me into a room and slammed me against the wall and started accusing me of shit, not my fault. But not to worry, I think that I freaked him out enough to leave me alone...I did the same thing to him and he started acting all weird about it, but whatever, I think I got the message to him."

Discord sighed and sat down next to Reddit. "Well, it's a better time than ever to explain what's up with him...we did grow up together for most of our lives, we've been through a whole lot together. I will admit that we may have...slept together a couple of times, but then after that he became way too possessive of me, and I had to put our "relationship" on hold because I had to move in with you because we were both going to the same college and that's just how it worked out."

Reddit thought for a second about what for a second, and then chuckled. "Dude, that literally explains everything, and I honestly don't really care if you slept with anyone else, it ain't my place to criticize others for it. Like, you could've fucked like a million different peopleand it wouldn't have mattered to me..." Discord giggled softly, and kissed Reddit on the cheek.

"You're too sweet, you know that? I'm definitely glad I was able to get that off my chest, and I'm double glad that you don't care..." Reddit blushed a little while laying back down, trying his best not to touch his head. "You should just stay laying down for a bit, okay? You may or may not be concussed...God I really should talk to Twitch about this behavior, he shouldn't be slamming people into walls like that. Y'know what, just stay here, okay? I'm going to have a little chat with him..." Discord lightly kissed Reddit on the forehead before leaving the room.

All Reddit could do was give a weak thumbs up, before passing out again.
