"Ava Sophi! Get your ass down here right this second!" that shrill sharp and angered voice

"Ahh fuck that's my mom," I think to myself "what does she want I cleaned up the dishes, it's only 4:30 so we won't have dinner for another three hours and my sister is just watching tangled"

"Why weren't you doing your homework, why were you not doing the dishes" she hollered her blond brown hair looking as fake as ever, she was in her business suit which meant she had a meeting today witch also meant that she was in an extremely bad mood

"I was just finishing reading than going to go on to my math and science homework" I responded not showing any fear what so ever despite my brain going 1,000 miles per hour

"Well, what about the dishes!"

"As you can see" I walked over to the dishwasher and sink "I am running the dishwasher now and the one baking pan that you can't wash in the dishwasher is washed and put away"

"well Okay," she snapped back "well get done with your homework."

The rest of the night went pretty calm dad came back from work around an hour later and we had tacos for dinner. Then I went to bed after I finished one last detail of a Sketch I just shut my eyes, then it was a morning well morning for me 5:30 flashed on my phone Fireflies was playing by Owl City. I shut off the alarm and get dressed in my favorite black t-shirt that has a grey moon with stars hanging on little strings and then I slide on my black jeans.

"I don't wanna go to school," I think to myself I get ready I pour myself a water bottle and today I decided to pack myself a lunch today and make sure I have all my homework in my backpack I check the time only 5:49.

"well new record," I thought sarcastically so today I decide to make myself some breakfast I make myself some cinnamon toast and some orange juice I take my time eating and I listen to some music after I Finnish my phone clock 6:05.

"nice!" I don't want to go to school but I don't want to stay home I started to walk to school no not walk, jog no not jog but run not run sprint I find myself sprinting then I stop I'm at my school I go to the main entrance and knock there's no point I took out my ID and swipe in the key card lock

"Beep!" the door screams "kachina!"

"Finally," I walk in some of the teachers wasn't there yet so I basically had the school to myself except the custodian, the principle, and miss Autumn who was the science teacher. the school was dark with the occasional creepy dim light among the long courageous. Then I unpack my backpack once I got to my locker.

"3-23-38," I say I open my locker and look at the ugly shiny tan color only with my binders on the lower shelf and some extra books on the higher one and in the main compartment just an extra hoody I left

"Come on Harlow get a hold of yourself, last night was nothing your mom calls you that all the time last night was not anything new." I try to convince myself, "and either way today is the last day until spring break so doesn't stress yourself about it." 

the rest of the day passed by in a flash then it was time to go home

"Everybody, have a great spring break!" my history teacher Mrs.Meg called out

"Okay, we will," I replied for everyone. I walk downstairs and get a text from Jessi

"Hey, everyone movie night at my place tonight? If it's ok for you to come." I'd probably end up going anyway with or without my mom's consent because my dad would let me go so I respond with.

"Yeah, I'm going to come. what movie are we going to watch? Aladdin, The sandlot, Spirited Away?"

"Um, I don't know any of the movies you just listed except Aladdin. My thought is either My Neighbor Totoro or Shrek."

"SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME THE WORLD WAS GONNA ROLL ME!" Izzy responded

"Hahaha" we all respond except for Izzy. we had one of the best sleepovers. we ended up watching Sreck first then My Neighbor Totoro, then after Jessi fell asleep we started watching spirited away then I decide to write in my diary.
