What do I do now?

I stare at Yaoyarozu in shock. She has to be lying. This is impossible. No one can even beat Touya in a fight much less kidnap him. "Todoroki, I know it sounds impossible, but we checked the camera feeds. We saw them carry him out of here," Yaoyarozu says, putting her hand on my shoulder. I try to collect myself as best as I can and wipe all emotion from my face. "Well, what should we do now? Who did Dabi name as interim boss in case of an emergency?" I ask her, trying to keep my voice monotone. "Umm, well, yes," she starts, obviously not expecting me to be so calm about this. I'm not, but I can't let them know that. "Umm, right, Dabi named you as the interim boss, in case he was indisposed," Yaoyarozu tells me. Me? Well, at least I won't have to take orders from some prick. I hear a small noise behind me and remember Midoriya is here. "Iida, will you take Midoriya out to the courtyard?" I ask the blue-haired man. "Yes, of course," he says. I unhook the leash from Midoriya's collar and Iida motions for him to follow him outside. Once they are gone, I turn back to Yaoyarozu. "Let me see the cameras," I say. She walks behind Dabi's desk and starts doing something on his computer. She turns the screen around to face me and I can see the terrible quality video we get from our shitty security cameras. I can see as Shigaraki and Dabi talk in this office. I watch Shigaraki walk behind Dabi and stare out the window. Dabi doesn't see that blue-haired bastard pull a bottle and a rag, out of his black coat. He soaks the rag with the contents of the bottle and creeps up behind my brother. He presses the cloth against Dabi's face. I watch Dabi struggle for a minute and then go limp. Shigaraki picks Dabi up and drags him out of the room with the help of his cronies. They drag him down the hall and I watch their journey across multiple cameras. Twice and Shigaraki Carry Dabi and Toga takes down anyone who gets in their way. I watch them leave and get in a black car and drive off.

I am going to kill those bastards when I find them. I look away from the computer. "Yaoyarozu, send some men to find that vehicle. If they happen to find Dabi as well or even Shigaraki or one of his lackeys, bring them back as well. Tell them I want hourly reports. We must bring Dabi back." She nods at my words and pulls out a notepad and starts taking notes. "I also want someone to make sure those people Toga attacked, are okay, if she killed them, contact their families. If they have no family, arrange a funeral. Nothing fancy, but something respectful." I have no idea what I'm doing, I'm just trying to do what I think a good leader would do. "Send out a memo to everyone informing them of what has happened and make sure they know nothing will change and we will go on business as usual. Oh and about the team you send out after Dabi, I want the best of the best." Yaoyarozu is furiously taking notes and I can tell she's already planning things out. "What about you sir?" She asks me. "Would you like to take some time off to process?" No, dammit. I will be fine. I can't just pause because Dabi's gone. I have to carry on. He would do the same thing. "No, I'm fine. I will take over Dabi's position for however long is necessary. If we can't get him back I will begin looking for a permanent candidate for this job." I sigh and sit down on the couch Dabi keeps in here for his naps. I put my face in my hands and let the tears flow now. Yaoyarozu comes and sits next to me. She hugs me as I cry silently. She's a great friend and I'm so lucky to have her. I don't know what I'd do without her.
