keeping the distance

Chapter lV

We were done eating so we paid and left, we headed towards university again because our were apartment were beyond the university on the other side. we were crossing the parking lot, "mek" somebody called my name. I noticed a girl standing next to a car, it was in the evening during a twilight. she is facing our direction with disbelief on her face , she ran to hug me,I stood there motionless to shock to respond. Because this person looked fimilar .It's an old friend of mine from high school that I have not seen , we kept in touch through social media. Last time i check she was inn Shelia university. It's not anywhere near our university.

Her name is Ann and she was still hugging me so tight so I hugged her back. " wow mek It's has been a while " she hit my arm and smile "sorry Ann,  I've been swamped beside you never go home this days " Ann leave near where I stay back home. "I know sorry about that and not being that active on the social doing mechatronics is hard and I constantly have to prove my worth especially with the guys , so who is your friend" she now is smiling at boss , "ohh sorry , boss this is Ann and Ann this is boss my class mate also friend " they smile at each other. Ann wanted to chat but since we all had supper already we decided desert was a great choice but strangely boss didn't want to join us.  That was strange on his part because he is sucker for anything sweet then again he might be giving us space to catch up. I thought.

It's been a couple of days since that early dinner between  boss and I, he's been busy lately, so busy that he never has a second to spare with me unless it was necessary and related to class.
He has been late lately to class as a result he got assignment as punishment, Off course he needed my help, that why I'm in his apartment right now.

"So how was desert ?" I look up from boss research material confused. "What desert"
" What do you mean *what desert* " he puts coeutation marks with fingers on word desert, this makes me laugh but it seem to piss him off for some weird reason, " if you were interested on what happened after you left your shouldn't have left " that seem to shut him up and throws all his attention to the task, strangely enough, I would be begging him to focus unless it was video game related.

Once we done it we decided to play some games on his console. The plasma TV was right next to him bed so he was on the bed while I sat on the floor sitting on a pillow.

"Cover my back super man" boss requested , i couldn't do anything because this Zod was wiping the floor with my avatar. "I can't move this guy has me pinned down"
"No " boss push my head " you let me loose on purpose"
He was sulking but I couldn't pay much attention to him, I was busy defending myself against Zod. He run his hand through my hair,I feel a tremours going down my spine.

I too focused on what boss was doing then I lost the game. I grab his hand " you made lose on purpose" the idiot just laugh
" I love my revenge " he said with a cute but yet sext smile that blinded me for a few seconds, I turn back to look at the TV screen again and he moves right next to my head his face is close to my chic facing me, he head was dangling of the bed right close to mine.i pictured grabbing his head and lacing my lips with his. I suddenly got up claiming to you the toilet, my body is blazing hot, i am pretty sure my chic are red so is my ears.

Once in the bathroom, I went straight for the sink to wash my face and to tool down,I look in the mirror I see how I look. I I see I look as if I were running my face so red and my body feel like it too because my blood is boiling and my heart is racing. I sit on the toilet sit to come down but I feel uncomfortable that when I notice I am stiff hard, all I can think is it was just a freaken head rub, why is my body over reacting. I try to think of things to get boss out of my mind but failed miserably. The fantasy about things I want to do to him is running wild in my head that I can't focus on anything else but it.

His scent is everywhere here and that Was driving me nuts, I wanted to go back in that room and... Gosh I need to stop the smell of his shampooer wasn't  helping at all  since I was in his bathroom it was overwhelming. I can imagine how it would feel to turn my head and kiss those cute rosey red lips of his and pull at his hair that I imagine is soft. But then I wonder how would react that made my boner disappear quickly then sand one hand in a windy day and broke through my fantasy. I could finally slow my heart beat. I feel so frustrated right now that I don't even want to continue the evening with boss.

I know what I should do, once I fully come down I need to leave. Because being this close to him is not helping but then being far away hurts, remembering the past few days made cling. I want a way to keep my friend without revealing my feeling but this days they are overwhelming. It's scares me because I can't lose him hiding is a better choice.
But I seen to be loosing my grip on myself

Gosh ,you won't believe that I had to rewrite this chapter again because i left my phone in my uncle's car and his daughter mess with it.
I didn't know I can survive without a phone for 6 day. I was shocked too 🤯🤯🤯
