Chapter X

I saw Ann in my inside the campus so called it's been a while since I talked to her.
I've been feeling guilty about my interrupting her persuit of boss , I know she was persistent too.
How do you break it to your friend... that you are inlove with the same guy???.

This is so twisted!!

"Hey Mek"  she came to hug me " I've been trying to get hold of you , are you avoiding me ?"
"Off course not, you know I could never do that "
" Ohhhh, I thought you were and boss too since I haven't seen both of you ever since that evening, anyway how have you been?"
" I'm good Ann"

We continued walking inside and Ann just stand so I had to stop and look at her.

" You look tired Mek, what's wrong? "

I need to talk to someone, so I just signed
" It's complicated" she laughs" isn't always" she says this touching my arm and she started pulling me towards a bunch, she sat down pat the space next to her.

I put my bag pack down and sat next to her
" Where do I start" 
"The begging is always better you know " i rub my head " the thing is after our dinner me and left together to his apartment " I turn to look at her " she nods her head " we had a couple of beers then he told me he liked me then he kissed me " " wait what "  yaa I knew this was coming, I'm waiting for the slap now but none come, she is just staring at me as in to say continue " okay, yaa we did and after I sort left when he started to sleep do now he is not answering my calls. " Well you big dummy you should not have left like that "

Okay I didn't expect that at all " what do you mean " " did you confess to him " " not by words " now I feel confused.
" Imagine being boss waking up to an empty bed after you tell someone you like them you would assume they don't like you back you know" " but that makes no sense, why is he not answering my calls"
" Well he does not want you to tell him it was a mistake and you like him as a friend also maybe now he building up courage to face you"

" But I love him , I've been in love with him for years"  "in those years did you once hint it " I shock my head
"So how was he supposed to know because I seen him a couple of times and I know he liked you " wait what ? "  " How ?"

" The way he calls you hubby and smile like a cat that got the scream also how happy he is when you give him your attention"

" Ohhhh, I didn't notice"  she laughs "no wonder it took you guys three years you are dens friends "  " by the way I'm sorry for not telling you about my feelings for boss from the beginning, I didn't think he liked me and I wanted him to be happy" she smiled " hner it's fine , I noticed I did not stand a chance when we all went out , I saw how you two were smitten for each other, you both keep stealing peaks at each other when the other wasn't looking, beside I Think he was made for you"

She smile and snuggle against me. I guess we both missed our morning class chatting in the bench.

After 3 days boss final decided to show his face, was I angry ?
no!!
Because I had no a reason to be angry right!! 

He was late and didn't want the lecture to notice, so he hurriedly sat to the chair next to mine and took out his books and payed attention, he only smiled in my direction kindly like how you smile to a aquentance.

I should not be thinking 50 way to tie boss up and making him scream my name right !!. Rather I should continue listing to the lecture and take notes.

But that was difficulty my mind and body were focused on him. My mind thinking many ways to get him out of class and anxious to do what my mind is thinking, here I'm holding on my desk for dear life that my fingers were turning white.

Once the bell rang " tee can you pack our bags " i say this while bragging boss behind me heading towards the door. I didn't look at his reaction, all I know is that he not resisting and that made me happy.

Walking in the passage I noticed the next lecture room was empty so I pull him in and pushed him against the door,  kiss hard on the lips with my body pressing in the boor as to hold him in place. He responded fast his hands wrapping themselves in my hair pulling me against him. The enxout of the part few days was forgotten about only excitement remain. Licking boss bottom lip and slightly bitting it, lead to him opening him month, just as we started we were rudely interrupted by tee when he cleared his throat and we had to pull. I wanted to scream fuck off but boss pushes me away as soon he heard tee voice and looked all shy. He grabbed his back so did I and we walked towards the the cafeteria to buy our lunch and sit. " So when did you guys Start this " my wife quickly answered " we did not start anything" tee stare at him " are you sure " I tried to hide my smile from tee disbelief and boss stubborn face. " Tee stop disturbing my wife"  "congratulations then guys " boss face was red but yet he looked proud " why are you congratulating Mek"
King asked why he sat down in our table next to tee " "well" boss asked tee " it looks like Mek finally had the balls to step up and claims his wife " I'm staring at everyone laughing at my expense "it's about God danm time too "  king reply's " I thought we would graduate before he does anything" 

I decided not to intervene and let them talk
After all I knew he was mine now. After years of waiting the wait was definitely worth it in the end.
