" Who are you?" I asked?

He didn't budge. He just stared. I didn't really know what his problem was. Maybe I was an asshole to him and this was his way of trying to freak me out? Yeah. No. That doesn't make sense. He looked more dangerous than that. The whole bad boy thing he had going on just gave that away. Now that I could see him clearly he seem to be about my age or older. He wasn't handsome like Tobi's golden boy handsome but there was something dark about his features and it made you want to notice him. He stood out and he really didn't have to do much. His energy alone was a magnet and I didn't know why my body was responding to him this way, my body was completely aware of him.

I looked away from him shaking off the thought then wiping away the tears from my face. I wanted to look a bit more presentable, I knew I looked a mess. I stood up running down the wrinkles out of my dress, and casually running a hand through my hair. I almost cursed at the way he made me felt so self conscious.

"Are you just going to stand there and gawk at me?" I asked him giving my full attention now.

He arched an eyebrow, daringly.

His silence was really bothering me. He took the cigarette out his mouth not moving his eyes away from me and threw it onto the lawn.

"I don't know-" He replied coyly, then running his eyes down my figure. " -you're the one standing there dressed like a slut."

My breath hitched, silently and I prayed he didn't see how much his comment annoyed me.
That was not what I was expecting. Was this town just full of assholes that insulted me?

I looked at him astounded and automatically reached to cover my chest, when his eyes began to linger there.

"What's your problem?" I asked offended.
I knew I was a pretty girl, I had a fairly nice body and normally I didn't feel so exposed but the way he dismissively insulted my appearance hit a nerve I didn't know I had.

He ignored me, stalking up to me. He wasn't watching my body anymore but zeroed in on my face.

"Ethan." His deep voice mumbled. He still didn't take his eyes off me, almost challenging me to look away. He was closer to me now.

As much as I didn't want to admit it, he was very intimidating.

"What?" I asked confused as he got closer.

"My name is Ethan." He breathe in my face.

He was close to me. Too close to me. His gaze was beginning to make me nervous and I took a step back, losing to the game of dominance that he was playing.

He took another one forward, intentionally trying to get me out of my comfort zone. My back soon hit against something and I was trapped.

"Oh..I- um.-" I stumbled on my words as I avoid his intense gaze. "It's nice to meet-"

"Cut the bullshit, Genesis." He snapped, his voice held a bit of annoyance and I recoiled from the tone.

"What?" I questioned still avoiding his intense stare. I was in perfect vision of his well sculpted chest, taking in the black long sleeve that cling to him.

"Why did you go to him?" He questioned.

I looked up, surprised.

His emerald eyes searched mines for answers as he continued to read my face. He was so close, I could feel his breath on my cheek.

My heart was going into overdrive. The thump thump seemed to be getting louder as it vibrated from my chest. No I wasn't afraid, I felt more....alive than scared but I was still so confused.
