a few days passed and Yeonjun and Beomgyu walked together to school. yeonjun and Soobin started talking to each other again.
yeonjun was in the washroom, fixing his hair. he spotted soobin and Huening kai enter. they entered the same cubicle and Yeonjun furrowed his brows.
"this is all pretend okay?" soobin's voice emerged.
"I know," huening kai replied.
they exited the the cubicle with his arm around Kai's shoulder. yeonjun knew it was just a Yeonjun and Soobin thing. he forced himself to look at his reflection. he wanted to hold back the tears but they fell.
he ran to the rooftop where it was quiet. the edge felt so close and he wanted to jump off right there. but he thought about the others if he left. a thought at the back of his head thought everything was just a hoax.
