it was back to his dark, cold, lonely room, yeonjun thought. as he lay awake, his pulse raced and his head hurt. his phone suddenly rang on his bedside. he answered it.
"hello?" yeonjun asked. he heard a familiar pattern of breathing.
"yeonjun hyung, can I talk to you tomorrow?" soobin's voice sounded so sincere and sad.
"where will we meet?" yeonjun asked.
"our spot," soobin said. "I'll see you tomorrow."
the next day, they met up in their quiet corner in the rooftop. they sat down together. soobin hung his head as yeonjun pulled him into a hug.
"i'm sorry hyung," soobin whispered.
"for what?" yeonjun asked.
"the thing with kai," soobin wrapped his arms around soobin tightly.
"it's okay binnie," yeonjun smiled.
"jjunie hyung?" soobin asked.
"yeah?"
"do you still love me?"
"of couse i still do." yeonjun's lips touched soobin's hair.
