I get anxious and stressed quite often. So it's been almost 4 days I have been sleeping and waking up at the same time. Under all cirmrcumstances it is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm.

I'm feeling much better ever since I started to maintain a fixed routine. I can sense a good change in my mood.

So grateful for being able to get exposure to sun, specially during this pandemic.
