How are you guys doing? XD

Its been long I know. Sorry bout that.

Writer's block punched me hard and I kept on procrastinating at times.

My apologizes if it took so long-

So anywho, I just found this on my drafts and decided to rewrite it xD

I found so many drafts-

I am now willing to write stories again but this time only with preferences. I found it hard to write without one tbh-

That aside, Lets get on the story uwu

(I checked the previous draft of this part and saw that there was no one mentioned on who requested it. So whoever requested this. This is yours uwu)

Where was he?

I miss him.

Jack thought as he wandered around the manor, looking quite upset.

For a long time, he haven't seen Naib. Not even a single glimpse of him. Both around the manor and in matches.

Each time he was to go to one, He felt excited at the thought of seeing his lover. He ached to see him. Or even to touch him.

But all that excitement he felt would soon die down after seeing that the mercenary wasn't around at all.

In the end, out of disappointment he would just have everyone go.

Even if it meant being scolded by the host.

He felt so lonely. He thought he was avoiding him.

But for what reason?

He thought.

And now he decided on wandering around the manor to look for his lover. Whom he had missed so much.

Step by step, he glanced everywhere to see if there are any sighting of the mercenary himself.

Time passed. Its almost getting late. But he didn't give up at all.

He expected to see him at places whre both hunters and survivors were allowed at. He walked at each and every places back and forth for any sign.

Jack felt as if he couldn't live another day without seeing him.

Seconds turned to more minutes.

Jack was losing hope. Nevertheless he wanted to continue waiting for any sign.

And to his surprise, his prayers were answered.

A glimpse of a familiar green cloak caught his eye- leading to the garden.

Now looking so hopeful, he followed it.

First with a peek by the door, his gaze landed over to the said person.

And it indeed was him.

His lover stood by the bench, as if waiting for someone to show up.

Jack could only hope that its himself that he's waiting for.

Slowly and carefully- he made his way towards Naib.

Surprising the mercenary with a embrace from behind.

"Where have you been?"

Jack asked in a low tone. Whispering to his ear as he held him close.

"Jack."

Naib spoke, looking at him with a gleeful smile. Delighted to have seen him.

"I was looking for you everywhere. Why haven't you talked to me? Are you avoiding me?"

Jack questioned with a hurt expression as he gazed at naib.

Locking eyes with him, Naib replied in apologetic tone. His expression looking sad.

"I'm sorry Jack. I've been busy for the past few days. I didn't see you so often in matches too..."

With hands over his shoulders, Jack turned Naib around to face him.

"I missed you too."

Naib whispered as he embraced him this time.

Jack could only sigh as he hugged him back.

"You made me worried over there. I thought I did something wrong to made you avoid me."

"If you did something wrong, I would've atleast told you so."

Smiling, Jack took off his mask. Placing it over by the side. Looking at his lover with his own eyes.

Quickly upon seeing him, Naib gave his lips a gentle peck.

Jack went on kissing him back. His heart leaping in joy finally at the presence of his lover.

Pulling away, Jack then gazed back over to the sky above them.

"The sky seems to look fine today isn't it?"

Naib then replied, chuckling.

"You always say that whenever we go here."

Chuckling too over his words, Jack then spoke.

"Its already late...But the night is still long."

Turning to his lover- Jack then spoke. His lips curving up to a smile.

"Will you join me for tonight?."

Without hesitation, Naib nodded his head. Returning his smile.

"Of course."

For the rest of the night, The two didn't left one another's side. Both gazing up over to the starry night sky, on one another's arms.

Relieved to finally have seen one another again after for so long.
