Captainswan X Henry

Chapter 1

This is my own way of seeing Henry's life if Emma had him. (He is around 1-2 yrs old and Emma is still in school. She's 17.)

~Chapter 1~

Emma woke up to the sound of her little one screaming deafening her. She grunted, as she sat up and was blinded by the sun peaking through the blinds. She got up and walked over to Henry, surprised her mother didn't walk in to take him.

She held him up to her hip, "Morning kid" she kissed his head rocking him to try and calm him. It takes a while whilst she searches for his pacifier. Emma looked everywhere in her room and couldn't find it. Leaving the room, she walked into the hallways to smell bacon. That great great smell of bacon. She walked towards the kitchen and saw her mother and father cooking.

"Mom have you seen Henrys pacifier? He hasn't calmed down yet..." Emma said still rocking Henry as he still cries. Her mother grabs Henrys pacifier and gives it to Emma. She takes it and tries to put it in his mouth but he pushes it away.

"Em, he's probably hungry or needs changing hun" her mother said. Emma couldn't help it but she's completely exhausted.

"Mom...this is asking alot but can you do it please?...I need to get ready for school and i'm tired" Emma explained nearly put of breath. Her mother nods taking Henry from his arms making him cry more.

"Momma!" he leans his arms out to her. Emma can't help seeing his red puffy eyes from crying so much so she takes him again. He calms down in her arms and looks at her "me eat?"

Emma puts him in his highchair and grabs his food. She sits and feeds him and he gets it everywhere. "You are so messy arn't you" letting out a little laugh as she stares at his little chubby cheeks. He smiles at her still eating before Emma looks at the time. "Oh shoot, Mom can you take over. Im going to be late if I don't get ready now."

Knowing Mary-Margaret she takes over and finishes feeding Henry. Emma rushes to her room and changes and runs to the bathroom, brushes her teeth and does her hair and makeup. She then grabs her bag and goes to the kitchen again grabing some bacon and ramming it into her mouth, eating it quickly.

"We go bye?" Henry says sweetly pouting at her. Emma hated leaving him but she had to go to school. She gets down on his level and makes eye-contact with him. "No baby, mommy has to go to school now." She said as she kissed his head about a million times. He looked sad but he always enjoyed listening to stories from Emmas parents. "I know, I hate being away from you for so long but I have too" He nods at her and smiles.

Emma arrives at school, she walks down the halls noticing people looking at her. She felt anxious but she just kept walking. Eventually, she got to her locker and ofcourse the tall, deep blue eyed boy was waiting there for her.

"Morning Killian" she looked at him and opened her locker, grabbing a few books for her first class.

"Goodmorning love, hows everything going at home." He asked. He was the only one that knew about Henry being hers. She hits his chest lightly "Shh, don't be too loud about it. They don't know he's mine..." she replied quietly but a bit frustrated. He regretted asking out in the open so he grabs her hand and drags her to an quiet space with no-one around.

"Let. Go. Of. Me. Now " she looked him straight in the eyes. He let go of her. "So hows your little one?" He smiled because when he first met Henry he was the cutest thing he had ever seen. "He's fine I guess..its so exhausting" she sighed and leant against the wall. Killian looked at her and smiled. "Im always here to help, ive told you this before Swan" Emma sighed and looked at him.

"He's my responsiblity Killian, even leaving him with my parents I just feel guilty that they have to take care of him for me why i'm here.." She said.

"Bring him to school?.. i'm sure they would allow you too." He said carefully just in case her reaction is bad.

She turned to face him as she sat down in a chair. "I wish I could. But that would A) be the biggest shock around school if I just walk in with him. And B) he's so young, being surrounded by so many people could scare him.."

Killian thought for a moment and looked at her "Emma I will stick with you all the way through school if I have too. Anyways Henry is the cutest kid ive seen...ever. I'm sure everyone will love him"

She looks at him and smiles "I'll have to ask my parents...and school ofcourse. Although you sticking around me here with him. Is that a promise?" He nodded his head "I swear I will stick with you."

It was the last class Emma had for the day. She had alot on her mind. Was she really thinking about bringing Henry to school?! It was all flooding her head. It came to her that her Mom was supposed to be coming in to see the Head since her grades were slowly getting lower. She got up from her desk and grabbed her stuff and went towards the door.

"Ms Swan where do you think your going?" Her teacher said. She turned around.

"I'm going too...uh-" She was stuck..with no reasonable reason to leave but she could hear Killians voice.

"She needed to go get something for the Head. He told her at Lunch to go last period." Killian looked at Emma and smiled. The teacher believed him and let her go. She owed him one for sure.

She headed to the Heads office and saw her Mother with Henry in there and she knocked on the door. Since there was a window Henry could see her through the door.

"Momma!!!" He giggled as the Head opened the door for her.

"Ms Swan why arn't you in class?" He asked her.

"Well I knew my Mom was going to be here, therefore there was a chance of me being able to ask something with you both in the same room" she was finally alloud to enter and she took Henry into her arms and kissed his cheek.

The Head closed the door and sat back down. "Make it quick Emma. You have a class."

Henry couldn't be happier to see Emma at this moment. Emma looked at him and then at her mother and the Head. "Would there be any way that I can have Henry in school with me?"

Emmas Mother looked shocked. "Emma your grades are slipping, and now you want Henry there as more of a distraction?"

"Mom...my grades are slipping because i'm thinking about how he is all the time. I can't keep being away from him. Maybe him being here could help me focus more." She pleaded that Henry stays with her.

"Emma, if this helps you then okay. Only if you remember he's your responsibility." The Head said.

Emma looked so happy about it. "Thank you!" She turned to Henry and he smiled. "Guess who's coming to school with me tomorrow" she said to him.

"Meeee" he dragged out the word with the biggest smile on his face hoping he was right. Emma nodded and Henry figited in her arms from excitment.

Mary-Margaret looked at Emma and smiled. "Keep him safe then Emma okay? If you need any help just call me." Emma nodded and puts her head against Henrys.

"You will go home with Grandma today though okay? I only have this last class and then I will be home baby." He smiled and kissed Emmas cheek.

Emma went back to her class as happy as ever. She walked in the room and sat back down. Ofcourse she was next to Killian and she looked at him.

"So whats the news?" He asked quietly.

She answered telling him everything about Henry being allowed to come to school with her.
