"Heyyyy guys-s... I'm ready tooo leave." I slur to my friends as we dance drunkly on the dirty frat dance floor. I stumble a bit but I regain my balance a few seconds later."Fiiiiine. I'll drive ussss." My best friend Trinity slurs back to me. I know, I know, we should have had one of us stay sober to drive us back. But we all wanted to have fun tonight and plus, our dorms are only like ten minutes away.
"No way. We're allll... to drunk-k to drive." My other best friend Blake slurs over the music.
"It's fineeeee... hahaha. We live like... realllllly close." Our friend Zoey screams and laughs to us.
"Fine. Let's goooooo!" Blake yells and runs out of the frat. We all laugh and stumble after him.
The night is dark and cold. It feels weary and a bit scary tonight. The cold sobers me up a bit, but I'm still pretty drunk. I slide my arms into my leather jacket and cross my arms for warmth.
"Biiiitchessss, I'll drive us." Trinity says as we arrive to her car. I hop in the passenger seat while everyone else slides into the back. From the corner of my eye I can see Trinity fumble with her keys.and Trinity.
"You sure you can-n drive Trin?" I slur to her and she just laughs and nods her head. We blare some music and sing so loud I thought our ears would burst.
Trinity takes a sharp turn and everyone slides around in the back. "Slow-w down Trin." Zoey stutters as she grips onto my backseat.
"No way!" Trinity laughs. The car speeds up and we come across a red light.
"Trinity, seriously!" Blake yells from the backseat but just earns another giggle from Trinity.
"Watch this guys!" She yells and speeds up even more. As she says that I see head lights from my window and my heart drops.
"Trinity, what the fuck! WATCH OU-" I didn't have time to finish my sentence before I fly forward.
I smash through the wind shield and all I can feel is shards of glass cutting and slicing my skin. My head splits open and I'm barely conscious. I roll onto the top of the car and land on the street.
I can hear faint screaming and honking. A loud ring pangs in my head and ears as I lie on the cold, rough concrete. I can feel my own blood oozing out of almost every part of my body. I can taste the metallic liquid and it doesn't taste good.
"SUMMER! BLAKE! TRINITY! SOMEBODY CALL 911!" A faint murmur from above me screams. I believe it's Zoey's. I open my heavy eye lids and try to stay conscious, remembering what my nursing major has been teaching me.
I can feel myself drifting in and out of consciousness and slowly my soul feels as if it's being pulled out of my body. As I drift out of consciousness I feel a hand shake me violently, trying to keep me alive and awake.
"NO! SUMMER, PLEASE NO! THIS IS ALL MY FUCKING FAULT. SUMMER STAY WITH ME!" Trinity's voice screams from above me.
I'm definitely not going to make it. But I'll be strong enough to tell her that I love her one last time. "I- love you, Trinity. See you later." I keep my eyes close but manage to whisper to her. A faint smile places itself on my lips as I remember how we met in the first place.

I hate coloring so much! What am I, a kindergartner? I'm a whole darn first grader, this is baby stuff.
"Hi, what's your name?" A squeaky voice from behind me asks. I turn around and am met with a petite little girl with dark brown eyes. Her jet black braids sway with every movement she makes.
"I'm Summer. Nice to meet you!" I stick out my hand towards her and she giggles.
"I like your name because I love the summer! My names Trinity." She smiles brightly and pulls away from the hand shake.
"Do you want to color with me Summer!" She asks me with puppy dog eyes.
"I hate coloring. But fine, I guess I'll color with you." I roll my eyes and she jumps up and down.
"I can tell we are going to be best friends!" She giggles and sits in the empty seat next to me.
"Me too."

"I LOVE YOU TOO! HELP IS COMING JUST STAY WITH ME!" She screams but I can't hear her. I have already drifted away.
