Jane had everything she could ever want. She had a gorgeous fiancé, A beautiful daughter, a stable job. Everything was perfect and she wanted to take the next step in her life. She was going to propose to cath!
She got changed Into a flattering black dress, she looked GORGEOUS to say the Least. It was a special occasion so she wanted to dress up. Once she'd finished putting make up on she looked over at the ring box next to her and smiled. Once she was ready she made her way Downstairs, cath was in the kitchen supervising Anne like Jane asked her to.
Jane clutched the ring box close and smiled down at it as she turned the corner to walk into the kitchen. She looked up and immediately started Crying. She saw......... cath Kissing Anne. She dropped the ring box on the floor and ran outside the house in floods of tears, she didn't look when crossing the road , she didn't see the car speeding towards her before it was too late. She fell to the floor with a thud.
She woke up 2 weeks later in a hospital room. The first thing she saw was a pink blur throwing itself at her, she winced as they hugged her too tight but nonetheless hugged her back "Mummy your okay!!!" kitty said and Jane nodded and kissed her head.
She looked around expecting to see cath but then she remembered cath..her girlfriend.. her heart sank and she bit her lip to avoid Crying.
"W-wheres cath?" She croaked fearing she already knew the Answer. Cathy and Anna looked between eachother before Cathy took Jane's hand and looked directly at her "Um she ran off with Anne" Jane couldn't help but let tears fall down her face "D-does she know I-Im in hospital?" Jane asked and Cathy nodded "They haven't visited once" Cathy looked away feeling awful for Jane.
Jane composed herself and pulled her phone out so she could text cath
I hope your happy. I don't know what I ever did wrong to upset you. I'm sorry if I was the problem
Cath responded with a picture of her and Anne Kissing with an engagement ring on Anne's hand
She threw the phone and sobbed into kitty's shoulder "I'm never good enough..."
