Luna walked downstairs as she headed towards the kitchen, but stopped when she heard a voice behind her.

"Luna..help.."

The blonde turned around quickly and screamed at the sight in front of her.

There stood Noah completely grey with veins all over him and a dagger still shoved into his heart.

"Holy shit, dreamy babe?" Luna asked.

Noah nodded weakly, "I guess I am, Love."

Luna reached her hand out to touch him and he instantly disappeared.

"I need help." Luna sighed.

"Have you talked to Bonnie?" Elena asked Caroline as they walked towards the school.

"No, I'm mad at her. She needs to make the first move." Caroline stated.

"Be the bigger person, Care." Luna said.

Caroline sighed and said, "Impossible in her presence."

"Why are you do pissed at her anyway?" Elena asked in confusion.

"She's a thief, that's why." Caroline said.

"What did she do?" Luna sighed.

"I gave her my necklace, and she refuses to give it back." Caroline said. "It's a matter of principal."

"Alright, well, we tried." Elena said with a sigh.

"Yep, we are officially out of it." Luna said as she nodded.

"Good." Caroline smiled. "Now your turn. Where's Stefan? Have you talked to him?"

"He's avoiding me." Elena said.

Caroline looked at her in confusion and asked, "Why?"

"It's complicated." Elena stated.

The school bell rang and the girls headed towards the school. Elena already left to class, but the twins stayed together.

Matt walked outside and said to Caroline, "Hey."

"Hey," Caroline said with a bright smile, but Matt continued on his way.

Luna looked at Caroline and asked, "Um..what was that?"

"He spent the night, but not that kind of spent the night, and he was up and gone before I woke up," Caroline explained. "I don't know, I felt something there but he's being weird."

"Huh." Luna said as she raised her eyebrows.

Caroline nodded and said, "Exactly."

"Good morning, everyone." The new teacher said as he walked in.

He took of his jacket as he started to write on the board.

Luna looked at Bonnie and asked, "Are you okay, Bon-Bon?" Bonnie only shrugged in response.

"Alaric Saltzman," The new teacher said. "It's a mouthful, I know. Don't exactly roll off the tongue. Saltzman is of German origins. My family emigrated here in 1755 to Texas. I, however, was born and raised in Boston. Now the name Alaric belongs to a very dead Great-Grandfather I will never be able to thank enough. You'll probably want to pronounce it "Ala-ric," but it's "A-lar-ic," okay? Though you can call me Ric. I'm your new history teacher and I hope you can keep up with me."

"Let's see if you can keep up with Luna, Mr. Saltzman." Caroline said.

"Oh, yeah. I've heard about Luna Forbes's genius records and I will be more than happy to keep up." Alaric stated.
