✨ Can You Hear Me • Hisoka X Reader (18+)✨

++ Hisoka accompanied by the not so willing, Killua, and the more sleepy, Gon, back to the designated room. Killua fussed and he fought, telling how he would never allow Hisoka to do as he pleased while Gon  quietly snored as he lay limp. Suddenly Hisoka stopped and put Killua down only to kneel down to his level.  ++

There was silence between the two of them, Killua was not even facing him let along speaking... But that has never stopped Hisoka before and it would not now, especially when he was strung up with anxiety like this.

Hisoka laid it all out in the open:

"We have known each other for quite some time now... Right Killua?" Hisoka paused, "Please I need this one and only favor my good boy... This one very important thing and then you wia0qll never see or hear of me ever again."

"What are you talking about!? What's wrong with you?!"

Killua was completely freaked out, Hisoka had never asked a favor of him before and he's definitely never said please and meant it... This was out of character for him and Killua was jumpy at the request.

"I want you to wish me away to the side of my dear lady friend... She is... She is all alone and yet she smiles through her voice but I can hear her sadness..." Hisoka had not realized he was crying until Killua was wiping them with the sleeve of his shirt, "My apologies... I just really need to be there wherever she is."

Killua nodded and turned to walk, all the way to where Illumi waited.

Alluka's room...

"Killua... By no means do I approve of this but... This is the only way."

Killua scoffed, "Of course I understand that. Now get out of here so I can do this."

Promptly they, being everyone except Killua and Alluka, were locked out of the room and Killua began the process of calling Alluka's hidden powers.

"Say Hisoka... Who is your lady friend?" Gon suddenly asked as he fiddled with the hem of his jacket.

Hisoka smiled at the young man, "She is the most kind and funny woman I have ever met, she is a very special person to me Gon."

Gon nodded firmly, silently acknowledging Hisoka's change of heart, leaving the rest of his questions unasked because deep down he knew Hisoka had changed so suddenly from you.


Illumi watched the small exchange from where he stood, Hisoka was still very interesting and very much an oddball.

What kind of mere woman could make a man like Hisoka change?

Illumi smirked and pushed his back off the wall, "So Hisoka... I suppose this is goodbye although I can not say I will miss you."

"Ohh~ I know you will miss me Illumi. You will never meet another man like me ever again~!"

Hisoka smiled mischievously at Illumi with a smile so wickedly allusive that Illumi's faced twitched in an almost shocked expression, where a faint blush could be seen... Which Hisoka smirked happily at, he enjoyed teasing the stotic man.

Illumi, now collected and stotic once more, shoved his hand out for a handshake to Hisoka, he accepted it without a second thought. Once their hands touched Killua had opened the door and ushered them inside again.

A large mirror was now standing in the back wall of the semi-empty room. It's edges were intricate swirls of carved almost white wood and layered flowers painted an off white color, it was a beautiful piece.

"What's going on Killua..."

Illumi did not seemed amused, plans were changed and he was already annoyed...

"I lowered the risks... Plus I... I just..."

"Aww! Killua were you actually going to miss Hisoka?!" Gon chuckled, "Don't be mad because I would have missed him too."

"Ahh shut up... I just thought this was more safe for Alluka..." He turned to Hisoka and held his hand towards the mirror, "All you have to do is concentrate your Nen and walk through it... Then you will walk out of the mirror that's now with her..."

Hisoka did not even hesitate to do exactly just that, focus his Nen and begin walking through the mirror, it glowed a faint sparkling white and then Hisoka was gone....

"Do you think it worked?"

Gon asked peering into the now seemingly normal mirror, curious of the other side.

Killua shrugged, "I don't know Gon. How am I supposed to know?"

Illumi snatch the two younger boys by the collar, shoved them out of the room, and closed the door to the room... Alluka followed close to her elder brother with a small smile, although she was exhausted Alluka was happy.

"You three need to go to bed right now and forget this ever happened... Hisoka will return if he desires to or not. You two will not follow Hisoka and go to that other realm. Is that understood?"

"Yeah yeah, whatever... I don't even care about that freak."

Killua shrugged as he crossed his arms while Gon gave a confused face before blurting out:

"Do you guys ever wonder what this lady is like? To make Hisoka give up all his goals here... Is that not worth imagining?"

They all imagined it for a moment and shivered, but they would never be able to imagine someone like you who is down to earth and kind hearted.
