Chapter 2

I woke up from the sound of my phone buzzing and beeping for a while.

*Christine's Messages*

Christine
Wake up Aiden! 

Christine
Wake up!!

Christine
Wake up Aiden!!!! 

Christine 
We're going to be late! The Ceremony starts at 7:30 sharp! 

I was confused that she text me that were going to be late so I looked at the time and was shocked that it's already 6:30. 

"Oh no we're going to be late," I told my self panicking 

Aiden
 I'm so sorry my alarm clock didn't ring because I forgot to set it up last night!

Christine
It's fine, Just hurry up. I'm waiting here in the lobby

Aiden
Yah yah, I'll just go shower and I'll rush downstairs

Christine
Fine fine, just hurry up before we're late. :D

Aiden
 Fine fine

*End of conversation* 

I got off my bed quickly and went to the bathroom for a quick bath.

After my shower, I quickly put on my uniform, grab my bag, keys, and rushed downstairs to the lobby. While running downstairs I looked at the time

"Shit it's already 6:50 and it's a 30-minute drive. OMG" I cursed at myself while running downstairs

Then I reached the lobby and trying to can catch my breath from the running

"Christine!" I shouted while inhaling hardly as she turned her head around

"Finally you're here! let's go before we're late" She complained while her arms crossed in her chest

"Fine fine let's go to the car," I told her as we rushed out of the lobby and into the parking lot then to the car and drove off. When we got to the university we quickly went to the school's parking lot and found ourselves a parking space, after I parked we rushed as quickly as we can to the ceremony hall before the start of the ceremony.

"We made it finally, Good thing that we didn't miss anything just yet," She said while catching her breath

"Yeah, Sorry were almost late because of me," I told her shyly

"It's fine, It can happen to anyone especially for the first day classes, plus like I said it's just getting started," She told me while pats me in the back

"And you should stop saying sorry, it's just a small thing," She said to me while looking for a place to sit then I saw that there's a vacant seat near the stage so I told Christine then we went there and sit

"Sure thing, now be quiet, the Principal is going speak," I told her as I pointed into the stage where a person standing in front of the microphone

"Good morning beloved Students and welcome to the UMC!," the principal said with a loud voice

The student starts clapping and celebrating. They're happy because it's really hard to enroll here. Your grade point average must not be lower than 90, and the tuition here is very expensive that's why most students here are rich and some are just scholars. I just got here because I'm a top student and a scholar. I've always dreamed to study at this University and my dream is coming true. And I already have a friend here even though she's not at the same college as me.
