{{Hiya friend buddy friend brotha chum bro amigo, my apologies if I broke any rules or whatever. I'm just entering so I can get over my dang artist's/writer's block that's been attacking me for over a week. And although I am most familiar with poorly written cussing gay smuts with zero plot, I'm just trying to put myself out there, man. So yeah, that disclaimer out of the way, get ready for a dumb werewolf romance, that is straight, that's probably super cringe but jokes on you, I'm writing it anyway and you are choosing to read it >:D Mweh heh heh get dunked on-
okie, enjoy~}}It was the summer of 20XX, and Angel sat in the little shade she had under a tall yet narrow birch sapling planted in her front yard earlier that spring. School was out, and the power in her street was down for a little less than a week now thanks to the neighborhood sixth graders who thought it was a fun idea to throw water balloons at the power lines with a snowball launcher. As she slowly melt into the dry pavement, she spots her best friend's car pull into the driveway from across the street. "Angel! Angel!" she calls, running towards her with a loaded bag in her hand. "Look what I got~ hehehe..." She reached into the bag and pulled out two ice pops, slightly soft and melted. Regardless, Angel pops back into a solid state and gets on her feet, overjoyed with something to cool her off. "It's cherry for you, and grape for me; Our favorites!" The best friend looks down at the ice pops, only to see that the red one was already being joyfully savored by the much more happier friend. "Thuank yoo!" she happily mutters out, earning a giggle in return. The girls take a moment to enjoy the icy delights on the side of the curb, as best friends should, looking at the rest of the street melt under the merciless rays of the sun.
Angel finished her's much faster and looked through the bag while her bestie watched. "So what else you got in that magic bag, Diane?" Angel reaches into the crinkly brown bag and pulled out a heavy cardboard box. The package was bright and colorful with "clinks" on the inside when shook. "Wewll, I thoght yoo wood wike wevege at tha boys whoo "pwanked" our neihbohood." Diane muttered out finishing her popsicle. "Sooooo, I bought some chalk to mark around their hideout, as well as some other revenge items~ you're welcome." Angel ran into her house and packed a backpack with the essentials, such as water, some snacks, her Polaroid, and some gum. Diane packed some similar objects in her own bag, a different one, and the two set out to get some payback at the middle school gang in their area.
"Alright, we're here." Diane whispered from behind the bushes. The two were in a small forest that neared a small abandoned playground. The boys all lives in a townhouse area right next to their street, so the kids of each constantly rivaled. "Here's the plan. I have pink everything; silly string for the monkey bars, chalk for the sidewalk, extra fine glitter for the slide, and sticker sheets of the most girliest accessories. I have something special for the cherry on top~ let's go." The girls dispersed the playground in pink graffitis. They wrote "pretty boy" and "our special spot~" on the nearby sidewalks accented by hearts and flowers. The silly string was spread everywhere, and the glitter stuck to it well. Stickers of bows and cupcakes were hidden in secret places that would take months to find. The girls may have ended freshman year, but they were just as childish as the boys. Only difference was they celebrated the victory with a polaroid picture and two sticks of gum each rather than a water ballon fight.
As they were sticking a puffy sticker to the bottom of the slide, Bryan who went by the name Dino called them out. "HEY! WE ARE UNDER ATTACK BY GRAPE AND CHERRY. REPEAT! GRAPE AND CHERRY." The girls looked at each other and booked it into the woods as the tiny army of boys started charging the scene. Diane took a final measure before she left, throwing a lacy baby pink bra with a note inside at Bryan's face, landing on his baseball bat. The last thing she heard before fleeing the scene was screaming, which was very satisfying.
Unfortunately, the girls were now separated in the forest, and this time something didn't sit right. Diane made it out just fine, but Angel was soon met with the scary realization that she was lost. Nightfall soon came after, and Angel was lost inside the small but eerie forest alone. She accepted the defeat that she wouldn't be able to make it out that night, and she would have to try at sunrise when she had an easier light source to navigate. She slumped against an oak and stared at the small pricks of stars in the sky. She was scared, that was for sure, but somehow the soothing light from the sky rubbed her shoulders and the oak behind her hugged her in comfort. She stayed there for a while, getting lost in the stars and the quiet sounds of nature...
Sounds of nature! That's it! Directly west of the forest was the park, but east was the lake! And what did she hear? Well, she didn't hear anything in particular at the moment, but she did pass a splashing sound a little bit ago! She revoked her choice to wait till sunrise, and determined to at least find civilization she grabbed her stuff and ran lightning speed at her previous path. It was dark, but the temperature was slightly warm. You couldn't hear much in a warm summer night in nature, but rustling of leaves and loud rippling water. Angel kept running and running until she found the lake, and lucky her actually found it! However, she tripped over a rock in the total darkness and fell right in, making a final sound: splash!
And then... quiet.
No rustling.
No rippling.
Just.
Quiet.
Angel breathed a loud gasp, the sun still hidden but the world was visibly lighter. She laid there absorbing what happened when a voice, no a growl was heard. Two growls, maybe three, in their own language about her. Angel dragged her ankles out of the water unconsciously, calling attention to her wakening. The growling voices were owned by two dense wolves. They were not normal wolves, they were larger and stood on two legs hunched onto their other two limbs, almost like a realistic furry to the young girl's eyes. And her eyes were in fear, so much so her breathing became heavier and quicker, as she positioned herself upright. "H-Hello?" Her only response would be in more grunts and growls.
