{Lindsey POV}
Quickly, everyone followed my gaze over to the lake and shortly after they all got over the initial shock, loud cheers erupted throughout the camp. Nico and Renya had returned. It was almost like organized chaos because everyone was running in the same direction but in a formation that looked to be a giant blob of half-bloods. We casually walked towards Nico and Renya dodging the running Half-Bloods.
“HELLO!!!” Haley and I yelled in unison over the crazy yelling half-bloods.
“MOVE YOUR SKINNY LITTLE ASS OUT OF MY WAY!!!” Haley yelled at the half-Blood in her way. The dude looked startled but moved out of her way quickly and told the girl in front of him to move the side. Soon the crowd split in two to let us pass. Haley held her head up high enjoying this moment of feeling like a goddess. Nico looked down and shook his head very slowly.
*Clears Throat* “Hi… Umm… I’m Lindsey, and this is Haley” I said while pointing to the respective person.
“ Hi Lindsey, Hi Haley, did you just get here?” Nico asked
“No, we’ve been here for ages.” Haley said with sarcasm dripping in her voice.
“We just got here a few minutes ago.” I clarified.
“Oh... so you haven't been claimed?”
“no…” I answered.
“Thats strange,” he said. “you're supposed to get claimed as soon as you get to camp your parents are supposed to claim you.
“Umm Haley I…” I got cut by a loud bang from outside the camp borders.
Slowly we turned and faced the borders.
“Oh thats just great,” Haley sighed.
The monsters had arrived and we had no idea how to hold a weapon much less hold off an army.
I glanced at Haley and suddenly I knew we were both thinking the same thing.
“RUN!!!!!” We shouted in unison before running back into the bathrooms.

Yes I (we) are aware that we promised this to you a month ago. Again I (we) are so sorry we honestly didn't mean to do that. I (we) should be starting the next chapter tonight (YAY!) Love you guys!!
