Chapter 7
The Smell Of Coffee Beans

Nothing more happened that night, even though how much we both wanted to, we figured we should wait.

We just curled up on the couch with a blanket together and fell asleep in each others arms.

When we woke up, he suggested that I go see my aunt at the shop and let her know I'm back in town.

The little bell on the door rang as I opened it and stepped inside of my family's cafe.

My parents put their hearts and souls into running this cafe until they passed away 5 years ago.

My aunt decided to take over the cafe and keep the family name alive, but since its around the holidays, she's been having a little bit of trouble.

I closed the door behind me letting out one last jingle before I walked up to the front counter where my aunt was making coffee and bagels left to right.

"Aunt Hazel?"

"Excuse me, I will get your order in a moment" She said with her back facing toward me.

I hopped over the counter and hugged her from behind.

She turned around and noticed it was me.

"Eren?" She set her stuff down on the counter and hugged me back.

"Oh Eren! I missed you so much!" She squeezed me tight.

"Now I could really use your help!" She took her black apron off and put it on me, then handed me a bunch of order sheets.

(10 minutes later)

"We...Did...It" She panted as she plopped down onto a stool.

I just chuckled and flipped the open sign over to closed.

"You know, I could smell this place all the way down the street" I chuckled.

She laughed and hugged me again and kissed me on the forehead.

"I missed you so much Eren" She cried.

"Aunt Hazel, I'm back now, its ok." I tried to comfort her.

"Well from now on, I want you to work here" She smiled.

I just simply nodded and filled out an application form.

(Back at home)

"Levi, I'm back" I yelled as I stepped in through the doorway of me and Levi's shared home.

There was no response, He's probably still at work or something like he usually is.

Levi is a cop, and a pretty damn good one if I do say so myself. But the downfall is that he is constantly at work and hardly ever comes home. I mean, I love what he does and that he saves people and keeps our community safe, but I would just like him home every once and a while.

I threw my apron on our bed along with my shirt and Jeans so I could go take a shower.

I walked into the bathroom to find Levi already in the shower getting cleaned up.

"Oh Eren your home, why don't you join me?" He smirked.

"U-Um...I'll just wait until you get out" I awkwardly laughed and tried to walk out, before he grabbed my arm and threw me in the shower with him.

"These need to go" He said as he slowly slipped off my boxers and threw the out of the shower.

He went behind me and held me as he licked behind my ear and down my neck.

"H-H-Heichou~" I awkwardly moaned.

He then said something that made me want to laugh really hard.

"You smell like coffee beans" He smirked.
