Chapter 9
Tell it to the judge

"Levi, is everything alright?" I asked as I came out into the living room wearing one of Levi's big, white dress shirts and a pair of black boxers.

"Its fine Eren" He said still faced away from me.

"Oh no its not, is this the boy Levi?" Asked a tall police man with blonde hair and green eyes.

"Yes he is" He answered with a pissed off expression.

"Levi what's going on?" I asked again.

"Levi is under arrest for having sexual relations with a minor and student in public!"

The man cuffed Levi's hands and took him out the door.

(Third POV)

Gunther guided Levi towards the police car and threw him in the back seat.

Eren quickly threw on some pants and shoes and rushed out of the door to follow them to the jail.

When he got there, they had already put Levi in a cell.

"Levi!" He yelled as he rushed to the cell and put his hands on the bars.

He was put on the same floor as a bunch of other men who have commited the same crime, having relations with boys half their age.

"Hey there cutie" Winked one of Levi's cell mates.

"Eren you have to get me out of here, this place is filthy and dusty and gross" He put his hands on the bars ontop of Eren's.

"Tomorrow your going to court so we will explain it all to the and I will get you out, no matter what"

They both leaned in and kissed between the bars earning manly 'aww's from the guys in the cell.

The court room was packed and the judge was in his seat over looking over the room of people.

Levi was tied up to a metal pole that was in the middle of the room.

"I like to do things old school" Laughed the judge.

"We would like to get things started with a few words from Mr. Ackerman"

"F-Father?" Shuddered Levi.

His father spoke then went up to his son and started to beat him up.
(Just imagine how Levi kicked Eren's ass in that one episode)

"NO, STOP!" Cried Eren as Armin held him back.

"Alright now Mr. Ackerman, we will hear a few words from the defendant"

Suddenly, Jean stepped up to the platform.

"You, your the one that reported us!" Yelled Eren.

"Correct Jaeger" Laughed the male.

He spoke his mind and waited for the jude to proclaim guilty or non-guilty.

"I proclaim Levi Ackerman..."

What, a cliffhanger?
