If you've read any of the pre-HELL books (I Can't Resist; Willow's Tree; Boys are Pups, Men are Wolves; Claim Me), you may notice that some details will be different from what you remembered/read. Those stories were written when I was at a young age and still in the process of creating this series. As "pre-HELL" signifies, they were books written to lead up to the actual HELL series (which has also changed in name to Hellish Mates).
To be honest, there will also be creature lores that will be different as well, so what perhaps made sense in pre-HELL would leave plot holes in Hellish Mates. Therefore, though pre-HELL books are indeed connected to Hellish Mates, I would label pre-HELL to be non-canon.
Even now, I'm still unsure of everything when it concerns the world-building of this series, but that's the fun of writing! I'll discover the little and big things along the way!
So, to clarify:
HELL = Hellions of Alastar / Alastar's Hellions
Hunters = Hellions
The rest of the details, including creature lores, will be cleared up as you read the series. And yes, all of these books can stand-alone.
