Dedicated to those I can never forget,
Throughout her childhood
she'd been abused, beaten by sticks
and every minute that passes she's cursed
but many out there experience worse.
The trauma and pain,
the loneliness and unworthiness,
the heavy heart burdens-
brought up to today.
I saw her fears and tears.
Her lonely fights every single night.
I saw her do self-harm, I saw her scars.
I saw everything and I can't forget.
But seeing her cold lifeless body-
is a haunting memory.
Her inevitable death? Unforgettable, but the sights of her in pain are memories I wish I'd forget one day.
