“And the BEST DEBUT SINGER FEMALE goes to RAGINI LAKSH MAHESHWARI” The host announces while the whole auditorium gets filled with a very huge applause.

Ragini who is sitting beside Laksh looks at him. He signs her to go while she shakes her head. Laksh frowns. Ragini signs him to come along with her. Laksh shakes no and asks her to go. The camera is focused on them. Ragini makes a puppy face and Laksh accepts to her sighing heavily. He gets up and gives his hand to her. She grins widely and they start moving towards the stage.

Host: Aww… such a cute couple! Really amazing understanding they have.

All hoot for them. RagLak reach on to the stage. Ragini receives the award. Laksh has a huge smile on his face. His eyes depict how proud he is on his bacha.

The host asks Ragini to speak. Ragini gets nervous while Laksh holds her hand and assures her to speak. Ragini nods.

Ragini: Thank you so much for this award.  I would like to thank the music director sir for giving me this opportunity. I am here just because of my husband and my family. Thank you ma, papa, chachu, chachi, bhayya, bhabhi, Sanskar, Kusum, Uttara and Dadaji. I also want to thank my dadi who was responsible for me to start learning music. I am most thankful to my Laksh who has always stood beside me, with me and for me. At last but not least thank you so much audience who have accepted my voice and me. Thank you so much.

She says everything holding Laksh’s hand. Laksh smiles brightly hearing her speech. She was scared a lot when she got to know that she got an award. They have informed her earlier so that she doesn’t miss her first ever function. She looked at Laksh and he nodded his head with pride in his eyes. Ragini smiled brightly and they both came down the stage with huge applause still going in the hall.

Soon the function got over and they went back to the hotel where they are living. They came to Mumbai just to take this award. Ragini changed herself and stood in the balcony of the hotel room with beautiful smile playing on her lips. Laksh came out of the washroom after changing and looks at her. He moves towards her and hugs her from back. She leans to him and smiles. Laksh’s hand moves to her belly and caresses it.

Laksh: What is my princess saying?

Ragini: She is saying ‘mumma I am proud of you!’

They got to know about her pregnancy just before the day they come to Mumbai. They are so happy with turn of incidents in their life.

Laksh: I am very proud of you bacha. I never thought you will thank Dadi.

Ragini: She is responsible for what I am now Laksh. If she hasn’t encouraged me and got me to the academy I wouldn’t have participated in the competition on that day with Swara. And they wouldn’t have noticed me on that day and I wouldn’t have been here now. It is everything because of her. I am really grateful to her. I am angry on her but that doesn’t mean I won’t be grateful to her for what she has given to me.

Laksh felt even more proud of his bacha.

Laksh: Chalo let’s go have our dinner.

Ragini: Can’t we order to our room? We will sit here in this moon light and cool breeze and have dinner.

Laksh: That’s great idea. I will order and we will have here. What do you want to have?

Ragini: Anything but ice cream at the end.

She says with huge grin. Laksh chuckles and nods ok. He goes to order food when Ragini goes into flashback.
