{Lupa's POV}
The shift was always the best part for me. To feel my skins interchange, and my bones remold themselves, just felt right, amazing, perfect. Nicki had told me once that it was painful for her, and "every other normal wolf in the world", but to me it was pure bliss, to know that when my feet touched the ground again, I'll be something different, was exciting in a way that nothing else was. Yes, I absolutely loved shifting, and as Nicki had put it, that meant I wasn't normal. Still, to be perfectly honest, I never thought of myself as normal anyways.
