(Y/N) POV:

As the sun set, Seán and I roasted marshmallows to make s'mores in his backyard. We watched as the orange star that kept us alive slowly lowered behind the horizon, a chilling breeze flowing through my hair. He sighed, his voice laced with concern.  "(Y/N), What's wrong?" I looked away from the warmth of the sun and into his chilling blue orbs that seemed as if they were staring right through me.

I bit my lip as an internal war raged in my mind. Do I tell him the truth? What'll happen if I don't? I'm sure it's noticeable if he's questioning me about it. I sighed, concluding that I wasn't going to tell him. It just didn't feel right. "Nothing wrong Seán, but thank you for checking up on me. It means a lot." I said, adding a small smile to be more convincing.

His face fell and he looked away, staring towards the lowering sun. "I really hope your not lying to me. Just remember that you can always talk to me, okay? I care about you,
(Y/N). Please don't forget it." He glanced at me and I nodded, "I won't, Seán. Thank you." He nodded and stood up, stretching his limbs and yawning. "Wanna come inside?" He asked, holding his hand out for me to take.

I smiled, a small blush creeping onto my cheeks. I took his large hand in my small one and stood up as he led me back inside the house, getting ready for bed.

•The Next Morning•

I awoke to someone tapping my shoulder and I groaned, scooting away. "I would recommend you come with me, darling." My eyes flew open and I turned over to see Anti staring down my me. His black, soulless eyes glaring at me. My mouth was slightly open as I was frozen with fear, my mind was racing and my heart was thumping against my rib cage.

"Don't make this difficult." Anti said as he grabbed me by the wrist and threw me up, catching me over his shoulder. I yelped, adrenaline rushing through my veins. "Let me go!" I screamed, pounding my fists onto his back. He simply sighed and continued walking. "Get the fuck off of me you freak! Leave me alone!" This made him mad, as he let a low growl escape his lips. "Don't. Disrespect me. Do you understand that?" He asked, venom dripping off of his words.

I didn't respond and continued to punch his back, screaming at him to let me go. He yelled, "Shut the fuck up!" I flinched but continued to scream and flail around uselessly as he grew more aggressive. "Sleep!" He commanded. Shortly after I felt my eyes grow heavy and my body go limp as I fell into a deep sleep, having no control over what happened next.

•A few hours later•

I woke up, my head throbbing and my eyes burning. I was on a cold concrete floor. I groaned and sad up, immediately spotting Anti sitting in a chair beside me. "I'm glad to see that the operation went well." He said with a smirk. My head was spinning with questions and demanding answers, so I spoke up.
"W-What operation?" He just laughed, "You'll see, darling."

He placed his frigid hand underneath my chin and made me look at him. He seemed to be reading me as his eyes scanned over my face. "Alright. Let's see if this'll work." He said as he released my head from his hand. He flicked his hand up in a quick motion and I rose, floating off the ground. I yelped and stared at him in fear, all he did was smile.

With another flick of his wrist I was flown across the room. I screamed and he laughed, putting me down. "What the hell was that?!" I questioned. He just smiled and whispered, "I'm  glad it worked." I stared at him in confusion. What the fuck just happened. I didn't do anything, I was just flung around the room and he didn't even touch me.

"Let's go shall we?" He said as he walked towards the stairs. I stayed frozen in place and he turned around looking annoyed. "Are you coming or not?" He asked, aggression lacing his question. I quickly nodded and followed him upstairs, the living room being all black once more. I was back at his house. Then I realized. "Where's Seán?" I asked. He hesitated before hissing,  "No need to worry about him."

I flinched at his words and started glancing around the room, looking for any trace of Seán. Anything that might tell me that he's here. That he's alive. I found his cell phone sitting on the floor, obviously it wasn't meant to be there. Anti noticed it as well and stomped on it, the phone completely shattering under the pressure. That tells me that Seán is most likely in here somewhere; I just need to find him.

Anti walked towards the kitchen and I tried to quietly run down the hall to where I first found Seán. That was a bad idea. Anti growled and ran towards me, grabbing my wrist and pulling me towards the kitchen with him. "You don't ever go anywhere in this house without me do you understand?" He hissed. I nodded as fear crept up my body, my heart racing. "Good." He whispered.

He looked away before asking if I wanted any snacks. I told him I wasn't hungry but he wasn't taking that as an answer. Instead he gave me a granola bar and a bottle of water. He insisted that I eat something. I unwrapped the granola bar and took a bite, Anti watching my every move. "Do you like it?" He asked, I nodded and he frowned. "Why aren't you saying anything?"

I looked down and shrugged my shoulders, making him sigh. "I can tell your scared of me, (Y/N)." He said. I put down the granola bar and fidgeted with my hands as my leg bounced. I couldn't say anything, I didn't want to upset him. He's a demon, he could kill me with the flick of his hand.

He stood up abruptly, making me jump as his chair fell back and hit the floor. He stormed out of the room and went down the hall, slamming a door. I sat there in the kitchen and felt hot tears stream down my face. "Oh, Seán where are you?" I whispered.
