Natsu's rage

Chapter 9

**Natsu's P.O.V**
I can't believe it Luce is back. She's here. More importantly she is alive, but wait didn't she say something about her sister that was supposed to be escaping with her. Oh well I'll question her about it when she wakes up. Right now I'm siting in the guilds infirmary watching over Luce and making sure she is ok. The guild is waiting for an attack to happen from the people chasing after Luce but all is still and quite. To quite and I don't like it. It's as if the entire city of Magnolia is just frozen. We had the citizens of Magnolia evacuated far away from here because we didn't know what would happen here. "Please wake up soon Luce." I whispered as I held her hand and brought it up to my face and kissed her knuckles. "Artemis.." Lucy whispered in her sleep. Slowly she starts stirring and opens her eyes and looks at me slowly. "Good it wasn't just a dream." Lucy says as she sat up with my help. She winced slightly and held her swelling stomach. I quickly grab her hand as she winces some more. "What's wrong Luce?" I ask as her grip on my hand slowly starts to get tighter. "It hurts... it hurts a lot Natsu." she whimpered out. I grab her hand and look upon her with worry. "Hang on Luce I'll go get Wendy." I said as I rushed out of the infirmary. "WENDY something is wrong with Lucy!!!" I shout as Wendy quickly gets out of her seat and rushes up the stairs and quickly through the door. I try to go through the door and find it locked. "WENDY LET ME IN GOD DAMN IT!!!!" I yell as I bang on the door as I hard as I can. But it wouldn't budge. Suddenly I hear Lucy start to scream. It was so loud that the whole guild could hear it. Mira quickly got up and ran to the door as well she quickly banged on the door and Wendy let her in but as soon as I tried to go through as well they slammed the door in my face. I was worried beyond belief and my mind was going a hundred miles an hour. Suddenly I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn around and see gramps. "Natsu my boy you just need to go sit down she will be fine I promise you." Suddenly we hear a scream from behind the door with Lucy in it. I had lost it at this point and I about broke down the door but gramps grabbed ahold of me and called for some help. I smelt Erza and Gray and then I felt them grab me and took me down the stairs away from the screaming Lucy. I felt the hard wood floor underneath me and then a hard hit to my head. Then all I saw was black. They must have knocked me out.
**Lucy's P.O.V.**
Pain.. pain was all around me it felt as though I was being beaten a thousand times. I screamed again and heard Wendy call for me to push I couldn't tell what she meant. Then Mira walked in and I caught a glimpse of Natsu he didn't look very happy. "Lucy I need you to push the twins are coming sooner than we thought." I heard Wendy yell. Oh god I don't think I'm ready to be a mother just yet. I thought and then remembered that Natsu would be with me every step of the way through this process. As I started to push all I could think of was more and more pain. Soon I head a small cry and then another and Wendy handing me my two bundles of joy I looked upon their faces and my heart melt. I was a mother and Natsu was a father. It was such a surreal feeling and nothing in the world could change it. Slowly I felt my eyes get heavy and I knew something was off. "Wendy can you please take the twins and let Natsu in?" I asked her in a sweet tone as if not to alarm her. "Of course Lucy-san!" She cheered. "Oh first you'll need to name them." Wendy said with joy "I want to wait for Natsu to get in here before I decide." At about that time Natsu opens the door and looks toward me with admiration. "I see your ok I feel so much better now." He said softly he walked over to my bed side as Wendy walked away to give us some space. Natsu laid his head on mine and we shared a touching moment as Wendy brought the twins over from being cleaned and swaddled. "They look so tiny and fragile." Natsu said in a quite voice. I looked towards Wendy and gave a slight nod she picked up the little boy with hair just like Natsu's but a light pink and handed him to Natsu. "Easy Natsu support his head with your arm and hold him tight but gently." Wendy coached as Natsu took hold of him. I smiled as Wendy handed me the little girl with light pink hair as well. I looked over to Natsu and smiled "We have to come up with names now." I said as I looked back at my baby. "I was thinking the same thing." Natsu said. "Ok how about for the boy we name him Igneel?" I ask as I see Natsu slightly tense but look down at the boy and nod his head. "I think Igneel is perfect...." He said tearing up slightly. He looked over to us and smiled. "Layla her name should be Layla." He smiled over to me and placed a peck on each of our four heads. "I can't believe the love of my life is going to be my wife and is the mother of my children. I never thought it would be possible." Natsu admitted sheepishly. I smiled back and noticed my eyes start to get heavy. I saw Wendy walk in and Natsu and her took one baby each. "We need to let Lucy rest she is going to be tired for a little while." I heard before I fell asleep in a peaceful bliss. 'Nothing can go wrong now.....'

**Somewhere deep in the forest close by**
"Well it seems like it's about time I pay my baby brother a visit....."
