"Weird. This girl was weird."

Despite having a goodnight's rest, she was still shaken up by the whole thing. The person hadn't replied, and she felt bad. What if he was her classmate? What if they hate her? Oh god- she didn't want someone to hate her. She'd die if it was her classmate-

"Cia! Wake up! I have a hangover and I need a friend..."

She groaned mentally. Mellissa really over did it again, didn't she? "I-I'll be out in a minute! J-just fixing my bed..." she fixed her bed and placed her suff back. Oddly enough, her laptop didn't fall over. She fell asleep after doing her homework, because she was so stressed. Did that dude know her?

She stressed out about the little things, she knew that. She was just that type of person. Failed her exams? She'd full blown locked herself in her room for 2 weeks, with only water sustaining her. Made eye contact with a stranger and waved back, even if the dude was waving at someone behind her? Same thing honestly. She fluffed her pillows and went outside. Sure enough, Mellissa was sprawled on the couch like a pale corpse.

Mellissa was younger than Cia by 2 years. Despite this, the 17 year old knew more about drinking and parties than Cia. Mellissa found Cia strange when they first met. A cute girl locking herself out of society? Why? What ever the reason, Cia seemed to avoid it like the Plague.

"Wh-what do you want?" Cia squeaked out. She was fumbling and biting her bottom lip like Mellissa would lunge any minute now. She was still unsure how hangovers worked and what they do. Does that mean they're still drunk? High?

"Just make me breakfast... and stop biting your lip like that! It'll bleed." Cia waved her off, and she only bit her lip harder. Mellissa off-handedly slapped her own face and groaned, Cia made her way to the kitchen. She was red-faced and muttered something in between 'new generation' and 'sorry'.

Mellissa watched the nervous girl walk to the kitchen and took frozen food out of the freezer. She heat the pan up and went her way. Cia stood there waiting for the oil to finally boil, and placed bacon in, almost dropping it. The oil was splashing left and right, Cia winced at herself. She should have been more gentle.

While the hang-over wasn't that bad, Mellissa sure as hell, was tired. She wasn't dead tired- no. Tired tired. She just wants to sleep until graduation. This made Cia, the oh-holy-goddess, as Mellissa would call her (n-no, I'm n-not), taking care of her. Despite Cia being older, as stated before, Mellissa knew a lot more about socialising than Cia.

While that may seem handy-dandy and all that fine jazz, Mellissa was sure Cia would do better if she was just more... outgoing. It didn't make any sense in her head. It was almost graduation and Cia wouldn't as much talk about her course, instead letting Mellissa take the spot-light, succesfully making her live in the dark while Mellissa basked in attention. It was frustrating. Mellissa sighed.

"Mellissa! B-breakfst is r-ready! I m-made panc-cakes and b-bacon!"

Mellissa dragged herself to the dining table while Cia took a hot shower. Cia liked warm water as much as books. It was always soothing to her always-tesnsed up muscles and her nerves. It was a Saturday so they didn't really have class, Wednesdays too- they had breaks in between.

She changed into her sweatpants and over-sized tee. She was hungry and gobbled her breakfast up, finishing faster than Mellissa. The sleep-deprived girl watched the social-anxiety driven girl, shove food down her throat. Wasn't a exactly a pleasant sight to see, but she was there anyways.
