A blonde skinny and shriveled man called Toshinori Yagi let out a sigh as he walked inside Tsukauchi's office. He saw his friend sitting in front of his desk arranging papers.

"Toshi." He frowned at his friend's appearance. "You look like you've seen a ghost."

Toshinori gave a weak smile and sat at the chair. "I think I just did."

Tsukauchi frowned at this. "Are you certain it was HIM?"

Toshinori leaned forward, knees and feet apart shoulder-width, pinching the bridge of his nose. "No. its...not HIM. His body is too small and his shorter than HIM, his eye is glowing green too. And HE never uses any weapon as far as I know."

"But his murderous aura is just like HIS. No, it might be even stronger than HIS. You can say that he is full of hate."

"Then why didn't he kill that Sludge villain?" Tsukauchi said remembering the new footage.

"I...I don't know. What did Gran Torino say about this?" Toshinori asked looking up to his friend.

Tsukauchi stood up and walk up to the counter filling up his cup of coffee and took a sip before answering. "He sounded skeptical at first but said he will meet with us some other day."

Toshinori let out a sigh hanging his head low. Tsukauchi walked at the chair across Toshinori and patted him in his shoulder.

"Hey, if it's someone with HIM then why would he save that kid." Tsukauchi said reassuring him.

"I don't know. From what I've seen, he got multiple quirks."

"Which are?"

"He probably has a body enhancer, he dropped down from a 5-story building like it was nothing, he is really fast. He manifested a weird looking knife out of nowhere, then he took down that villain by just a slash of that knife." Toshinori listed.

Tsukauchi nodded. "That's all? It's the same thing I saw from the news. And his glowing eyes?"

"That probably his quirk's side effect. Got any idea who he might be?" Toshinori asked leaning back.

Tsukauchi sighed after taking a sip of his coffee. "No. I'll probably need Nezu's help with that. Are you fine with that?"

"Yes. He also knows of my secrets. Plus, if he is really with HIM, then we need to find him quick." Toshinori stood up and walked towards the door.

"If you found anything, please call me." Toshinori said opening the door.
